My account has been locked, and I wasn't even using it when this occurred. I am unsure if it was hacked, but I can't communicate with my co-workers. I have waited for over 24 hours, but the problem persists. I need my account unlocked as I rely on it to speak with contacts without phone numbers and access family photos.

I recently experienced a security breach after someone hacked into my friend's account and pretended to be them to get my login details. They logged into my account, changed the password, email, and phone number. The hacker then posed as me on Snapchat, tricking people into sending them money. Now, I'm bombarded with calls, texts, and messages on social media from people asking for their money back. Upon logging in, I received an email indicating the person is from Georgia, while I am in Louisiana. I feel like involving the police is necessary, but I'm unsure how to proceed. However, a recent incident where my little brother accessed his Snapchat on my phone has left me locked out. I recently lost my phone and discovered that my Snapchat account (daisyfuentes99) was deactivated when using my computer. My account was hacked, and the hacker changed the associated email. I promptly changed my password but received texts asking for my PIN. However, my replies wouldn't go through. This morning, I got a Snapchat code but when I tried using it to log in, it wasn't accepted. I'm unsure what to do next to regain access to my account.

Hello, I recently had some issues with my accounts. I was locked out of my original account and created a new one for a different purpose. However, I later decided not to keep the new account and deleted it. Unfortunately, after doing so, I couldn't find my original account and was unable to log in due to an incorrect password or username. I tried reaching out to my mom to see if she had my username, as I remember my password is my birthday. I would like to have my original account restored because it contains important pictures and contacts of people I communicate with. Snapchat is my main social platform, and I don't have everyone's phone numbers saved. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

My Snapchat account has been locked twice within the last week and a half under false pretenses. The first time, it took 5 days to unlock my account after attempts with customer service failed. Despite assurances that it wouldn't happen again, my account is now locked for the second time. Yesterday, I was logged out multiple times without giving permission, then found my account locked. Despite following the necessary steps, I remain unable to access my account. My username is "slimejt5" and my password is "MariahLynnHall2020." I encountered an issue with my Snapchat account where someone attempted to hack in. I took immediate action by changing my password and email, but continued receiving notifications of unauthorized login attempts. Eventually, Snapchat locked me out and instructed me to contact support. Upon trying to log back in, I received a message stating my account was compromised for safety reasons. I have contacted Snapchat multiple times without any success. I am an 18-year-old high school senior, Riley D., who will be graduating soon. One of my friends, with the username 'Bellaisatribute' on Snapchat and a Snap score of 32,[redacted], faced an unfortunate incident where a scammer pretended to be a former coworker, tricked her into giving out her login details, and changed the recovery number on her account. This resulted in her losing control of her account and being unable to maintain her Snap Streaks🔥, some of which she has put a lot of effort into, including a streak close to a year long ([redacted] days). We are willing to provide screenshot evidence if needed. We kindly request that access to the account be restored to my friend Bella and that any lost Snap Streaks🔥 be recovered. I recently experienced an issue with my Snapchat account where someone changed my password and set up a verification code. Even though I was able to reset my password, I didn't receive a verification code, which I never actually set up on my account. I've reached out to Snapchat support via email, but haven't gotten a response in two days. I followed the instructions to get an authenticator app, but it seems futile without a key that I didn't have the chance to set up beforehand. A person tricked me into clicking on a link by claiming it was related to Facebook. Despite me explaining that I didn't have a Facebook account, they insisted I could view a photo using my Snapchat credentials. The individual responsible demanded intimate photos and videos in exchange for restoring my account, which I adamantly refused. Unfortunately, they managed to alter my account details and carry out similar attacks on others. I possess evidence of ownership, including notifications of unauthorized access on my tablet, as well as the troubling messages sent from my compromised account. I am facing an issue with my original Snapchat account. I have been using it for years and recently logged out, triggering the need to reset my password. Yesterday, after updating Snapchat, my account got locked. I received an email explaining that the system locked my account for various reasons, sometimes even erroneously. Despite just updating the app, I found myself unable to access my account. I have reached out via email multiple times and even took to Twitter to tag the support account and send direct messages, but so far, no resolution. I uninstalled Snapchat due to slow performance. Upon attempting to log back in, it prompted me for a code sent to my outdated phone number attached to an old iPhone SIM card, which is no longer in use. I inserted the old SIM card for access but can't receive the code via text due to lack of service. I recently uninstalled and reinstalled the app due to slowness, but now it's asking for a recovery code sent to my old phone number from when I created the account, which I no longer use. Although I inserted my old iPhone SIM card, it has no service, making it impossible to receive the recovery code via text. I contacted EE, my phone provider, who informed me they can't reactivate the account or provide access to the text message due to the time elapsed since I switched SIM cards. I'm now unsure of what steps to take next and would greatly appreciate any assistance.

I received an email notifying me that my account was accessed by someone who changed the password, phone number, email, and set up 2-factor authentication within a minute. Despite my attempts to log in, it was unsuccessful. I was informed by friends that the individual was asking them for money using my account and blocking them when they refused. I created a new account using my phone number, but when I tried with my email, it said it was associated with another account. I submitted two incident reports but felt the need to provide more details after the distressing situation yesterday. I no longer prioritize regaining access to the account; my main concern is to have it locked or deactivated to prevent further unauthorized access.
