My friend, Hunter Carver, and I have been close for six months, but we recently lost the super bestie emoji and the number one spot on each other's list. It would be great if you could help us restore the super bestie emoji and our top positions on each other's lists. We appreciate that you have helped us regain the mutual besties status, but we really want the super bestie emoji back. Just one snap to a different person and it disappeared. Your assistance has been invaluable, and we would like everything back to normal as soon as possible. Please help us return to having the number 1 spots and being super besties again. Thank you.

My Snapchat account was suddenly locked, and I'm unsure why. Despite reviewing the guidelines multiple times, I didn't violate any rules. I've been locked out since 10 am on April 29th. Occasionally I can briefly log in, but then get kicked out with a message saying my account is locked. I haven't added anyone new recently, ruling out spam as the cause. I only share mundane things like my coworkers' quotes, dream rants, music, and my dog on my story. None of my content is inappropriate, leaving me puzzled about the continued lockout for over 36 hours.

Hi, I suspect my account has been compromised. Last Sunday, I received a text from what I thought was Snapchat, informing me of an unknown login to my account. After replying with the verification codes as instructed, my account got locked due to suspicious activity. I quickly changed my password, but now I'm stuck at the verification screen asking for a code from an authentication app. I've tried seeking help from Snapchat support, but since the email linked to my account is obsolete, they couldn't assist me. I need help with a concerning issue. My ex got a hold of my password and is posing as me on Snapchat with the username GPC_Lando. She is causing trouble by making false statements and I'm receiving backlash from friends due to the confusion. Please assist in shutting down the account GBC_Lando to stop this impersonation. Hello, I experienced an issue with Snapchat where I couldn't receive chats. I took the step of deleting and reinstalling the app, but upon logging back in, I encountered a glitch that caused me to have to repeatedly log in. To my surprise, I found my account locked. I have always been cautious about the apps I use and the people I connect with, so this lockout was unexpected. Despite attempting to unlock it on the website, I was informed it was a permanent lock. I have never engaged in any behavior that violates the terms of service, such as adding too many friends or using a non-verified contact method. Hello, yesterday morning, like every morning, I went on Snapchat to check the stories and a few messages, leaving some for later in the afternoon. However, around 3 p.m., my Snapchat account was logged out, and when I tried to log back in, a message appeared saying "oh no! Your account is temporarily locked," with a link for more information. Four reasons were given, but I did not spam anyone since I only sent one or two messages in the morning, and I did not share any inappropriate content either. As for the "third-party applications," I got worried and deleted all my recent downloads even though I didn't think they were the issue. I considered hacking, but no emails were sent to me. It has been 24 hours now, and my account is still blocked for an unknown reason. I would like to regain access, if only for the memories. Thank you. Have a good day.

Hello, I encountered an issue with my Snapchat notifications. My phone displayed notifications, but when I opened the app, there was nothing there. Wanting to log in on another device, I discovered that the verification code was being sent to my old phone number that I never updated. Despite attempting to change the phone number in settings, the verification code wasn't sent to the new number. Even after many tries, the code didn't come through. Frustrated, I deleted and reinstalled the app. However, this resulted in a verification code being sent to the old number again, locking me out of my account. I seek help in reaccessing my account, with the username vikkancs11 and the old phone number being 07[redacted]27, while the new number is +[redacted]06. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

A few months ago, my sister's Snapchat account was hacked, and she can't remember the password or email associated with it. We need to delete the account as someone is using it to post inappropriate content that is causing problems for us. The hacker is directing people to our house, leading to unwelcome visits. I've been trying to reach out but this forum is my only option. After changing my password due to a possible unauthorized login, I'm now unable to receive the authentication code via email or text to unlock my Snap account. My Snapchat account was compromised, and it contains sensitive information. The account username is "oxycoffin," with the previous password "shawnmike1." The associated email, [redacted], has been deactivated due to inactivity. The phone number linked to the account was changed. The old phone number connected to the account is [redacted], but it has not been in use for a long time.

I mistakenly thought my friend needed access to my account for a business idea, and now my account has been compromised. I reached out to my friend outside of Snapchat, and he confirmed he has not accessed his account in three weeks. I recently logged out of my Snapchat account and encountered a connection issue during login. When I tried to re-enter my credentials, including resetting my password through my iCloud email and phone number, I faced difficulties. My account username, Dana325xx, has been hacked. I can't recall when it happened because I didn't use it frequently, but my phone number, +[redacted]1, was verified. Now I can't change it as the system doesn't recognize it. My friend noticed someone using my account since I wasn't active. I had no verified email and used a random one. I'd like to retrieve my account if possible, or alternatively, close it. I am concerned about someone having access to my personal photos. I can verify my identity with a photo if needed. I recently changed my account number to a temporary one used while traveling abroad due to the coronavirus. Now back in the U.S., the temporary number is no longer active and won't work here. I'm from the UK. One night, I was unable to log into my Snapchat account with the username Soniaxox212 because I was using an old phone number, [redacted]2. My account was compromised after I allowed someone temporary access. However, upon trying to log back in, I discovered the email and password were changed. I suspect the unauthorized user moved my location from Nebraska to Georgia within minutes, which seems implausible. Despite multiple attempts, the hacker remains inactive. On May 11, while using Snapchat, I suddenly got logged out and couldn't sign back in. Despite changing my password, I couldn't access my account.
