My account was hacked in the middle of the night, and they changed my password. In the morning, when I tried to log in, I discovered my password had been changed. After managing to change it back, I logged in to find my account completely destroyed. All my memories were deleted, many friends were unfriended, and my bitmoji was missing. The hacker had wiped out months of information, including all my streaks. I disabled that account and created a new one with a stronger password. Unfortunately, none of my pictures and videos, which weren't backed up, could be recovered. It's frustrating to have lost months of my life. I urge you to enhance the safety of your platform. Is there any possibility of retrieving my photos and videos? Thank you for addressing this issue.

My friend Hunter Carver and I have been best friends for 6 months. Recently, we lost the super bestie emoji and the number one spot on each other's list. Could you please help us get these two things back? Yesterday's attempt to assist did not work, so I am reaching out again. You managed to restore the mutual besties, but we are really hoping to have the super besties status back. It seems like one snap to a different person caused it to disappear. Your help with this matter would be greatly appreciated. I value all the previous assistance you provided and would like everything to return to normal as soon as possible. Currently, it only shows mutual besties, but we are striving to regain the number one spots and the SUPER BESTIES title.

However, I no longer have access to the email address associated with my Snapchat account, [redacted], due to changing internet and phone service providers from wow!. My account was hacked recently. Yesterday morning, I noticed I was logged out of Snapchat and my password had been changed. After resetting my password, I found the hacker had set up 2-factor authentication. They posted a picture on my story with a caption prompting followers to view "nudes" on a porn website. I'm just 15 and it's distressing to be exposed like this. I have been reaching out to Snapchat to remove the inappropriate content. I'm willing to provide photo ID or passport for verification if needed.

Recently, my friends were talking about Snapchat not working, which I found unusual because mine was fine. However, today when I tried to send snaps, they failed. I am resubmitting this issue for your attention. I am disappointed with the previous response provided. I request the streak to be reinstated promptly. It is unfair that my friend and I lost the streak without any prior warning. I urge you to restore the streak. The absence of notifications for ending streaks is frustrating. This feature should be added to Snapchat. Kindly restore the Snapchat streak with my friend Nick C. to avoid further discontent. Thank you for addressing this matter.

I have been experiencing issues logging into my Snapchat account as I keep getting "temporarily locked" out. It has been two days since this problem started, and because of this, I have likely lost some of my streaks, some of which were as high as the 600s. I will be requesting to have my streaks reinstated. The trouble began when I logged out of my account due to not receiving notifications for incoming snaps. Since then, each time I try to log in, I am immediately locked out of my account, despite receiving an email confirming my login. This cycle keeps repeating, and I have not been able to log in successfully for the last two days. I am reaching out for assistance as this is my third email without a response.

Yesterday while using Snapchat, my account started acting up. I typically log out when this happens, and upon logging in again, I was prompted to enter a verification code. Due to recently changing my phone number, I was unable to receive the code on my old number and was locked out of my account. This was very distressing for me, as I have had the account since 6th grade and it holds many memories and connections. After trying unsuccessfully until 2 A.M. to resolve the issue, I ended up creating a new account. However, I am desperate to regain access to my old account. I created a new Snapchat account with the username Aprilx.xnicole, and within 24 hours, I gained many followers by promoting it on my previous account and having friends share it. I haven't linked my email to the new account yet due to being busy. The next day, my new account was temporarily blocked even though I hadn't done anything wrong. After waiting 24 hours and still being locked out, I waited another 24 hours with no success. The stress and panic attacks this has caused me are overwhelming. I've sent numerous emails without any response and contacted Snap support, who initially didn't assist me and later ignored my requests for further help. I even reached out to the CEO on Twitter because I feel disrespected by this whole situation.

Dear Team Snapchat, I created a new account on December 22nd, [redacted] (@amriitasiingh) using my phone number (+65 [redacted]5) which was also linked to my old account (@dramaqueenritty) from [redacted]. I faced issues accessing my old account after creating the new one. I tried resetting the password but was told my phone number and email were invalid. Realizing only one account per phone number is allowed, I deactivated the new account. Despite waiting 30 days after deleting the new account, I still couldn't access my old account. I've contacted Snapchat through Twitter and email multiple times, only receiving automated responses. Even though messages show my account is active, I can't log in. Hello, my name is Hayaalqda. This is my second message regarding my Snapchat issue. I changed my password because I received messages indicating someone was trying to hack my Snapchat and Instagram. Subsequently, I logged out and have been unable to log back in since. I did not provide an email or phone number, which I believe have been changed. I feel very upset as all my private videos and photos are in that account. I'm not sure if it has been compromised or if I simply forgot my password and email. Hello, I am a Snapchat user who is feeling dissatisfied with the latest update. I have been using Snapchat for years, and while I have been okay with previous updates, I strongly dislike the newest one. Without my consent, the app updated itself even though I have automatic updates turned off. The new layout is unattractive and makes the app look like it's on an Android device, which I find unpleasant. My username on Snapchat is "gymnastics." Hello Snapchat, I encountered an issue when trying to open my Snapchat app. I was prompted to allow access to my camera, but couldn't find the option in the settings. After researching online, I was advised to delete the app, turn off my phone, restart it, and then reinstall the app. However, I didn't consider that I would need to log back in and couldn't remember my password. I changed my password and saved it on my iPhone, but when I tried to log in again, it said the password was wrong. Now I'm locked out of my old account with all my data on it.

My Snapchat account was hacked recently by someone an hour away from me. I received an email notifying me that a device not mine accessed my account from a different location using a different IP address. I swiftly changed my email and verified it, hoping to kick the hacker out, but I got locked out as well. I contacted Snapchat support with various details but they insist I need to reach out with the original email linked to the account, which is confusing since I can't access it without verifying my new email. The only change I suspect is the phone number, as the hacker received the verification code, but Snapchat has not addressed this. Their customer service response is frustrating.
