Despite my various attempts, including reinstalling the application and logging out and back in, the problem persists. I have raised this concern about ten times without receiving any response. It is frustrating to create content that is not well-understood due to the random order of the video segments. The videos from my story are posted in a nonsensical sequence, causing confusion for both myself and my audience. Recently, my Snapchat account got permanently locked after using it on a friend's phone. I didn't receive any prior warnings and I've never been temporarily locked out before. One potential reason could be that I was adding many people without verifying my account. Although I've had this account for over five years, I may have unknowingly violated some policies. I might have used an app called "hoop," but I deleted it before the lockout. The memories on my Snapchat are incredibly important to me, especially the videos I want to share with my future kids. Losing those memories, especially now that I've lost touch with some friends, would be heartbreaking. I truly hope to recover my account as those memories are irreplaceable to me.

I recently purchased a new phone and I am facing difficulties signing into Snapchat despite entering my correct username, password, and phone number. The platform is flagging my login as suspicious and prompting a verification code to be sent to my email; however, the email system seems to be malfunctioning, and I am not receiving any emails. Even when I hit the resend code option, no email is coming through. I have provided the email address below, but with my Gmail not functioning properly for a few weeks now, I fear I may not receive any verification emails. My account, "tooturntjordyn," was hacked. The hacker changed the email and phone number associated with it to theirs. Despite contacting Snapchat twice, this issue remains unresolved. The hacker, who now uses the account "jorrdynn1," blackmailed me, threatening to post private content if I didn't provide my "eyes only" password, which I unfortunately did. They have also sent fake surveys to gather others' information and then blocked them. Please help me regain control of my account and investigate this troubling situation further.

When attempting to access my Snapchat account, an alert pops up saying "suspicious login" and prompts for a verification code to be sent to my old phone number. However, I now have a new phone number and cannot access the code. Previously, I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it recently. While using it before, I remained logged in and am familiar with my password. Despite this, it requires a verification code to be sent to my old phone number. My Snapchat account was hacked around 2 years ago, and I couldn't access the associated email because I had forgotten the login details. Despite my efforts, I managed to regain access to the email recently, but it seems empty as I had to recover it. Now, when I try to reset my Snapchat password using this email, I'm not receiving the reset emails. Yesterday, on 26/02/20, I accessed my Snapchat account using my old iPad Mini due to my iPhone 7 Plus being on charge. Despite the outdated version on the iPad, I managed to respond to messages. However, when I switched back to my iPhone, my account was first temporarily then permanently locked. Reviewing Snapchat's guidelines, the reasons for permanent lock did not match my situation; I never used third-party apps, plugins, or violated terms. It was distressing to lose access as I've had the account for years with cherished memories. I have tried reaching out to Snapchat multiple times regarding my missing saved videos and messages, but I am getting automated responses that do not address the issue. The videos on my memories that I properly saved seem to have vanished, along with the messages I personally saved in our chat. This occurred not only with my chat with @sanjidmiah, but with any chat where I saved messages. I find it frustrating that these important memories are missing without any explanation. A friend approached me on Snapchat, asking me to advertise on my account for money, which I agreed to because I know them personally. However, after agreeing, the person who took over my account called me with a different area code and changed my verified phone number and email. I have encountered repeated attempts by someone to access my account and change my password. Although I tried to reset my password using the "forgot my password" option, the system claimed my phone number was invalid, despite working previously. After resolving the issue and logging back in, I changed my password only to find myself logged out again with a message stating, "due to repeated phone number change attempts or other suspicious activity, phone number verification is temporarily disabled.” Moreover, I have been receiving messages from an unknown number claiming to be Snapchat and requesting my my eyes only pin codes.
