My Snapchat account has been hacked, and the hackers changed the password and contact details, including email and phone number. I'm unable to resolve the situation myself. The hackers are using the account to deceive my friends into sending inappropriate images and asking for money, pretending to be me. They are also using my personal images saved on the app against me. It's urgent for me to have this account removed as soon as possible to prevent further harm to myself and others.

I recently logged out of my account but now I'm struggling to log back in even though I'm confident I know my password. Unfortunately, I can't use the "forgot password" option since my email isn't verified, and the phone number listed isn't the most recent one I verified, even though I've only had one number. I experienced a security breach at the end of January. The hacker changed my email, password, and phone number. They even sent out my private photos for sale. They targeted my friends too. Though Snapchat was temporarily taken down, it seems to be back up now, with my photos still at risk. The Snapchat username is babyyedith. The hacker changed the email to [redacted] I filed a complaint via a link on a website, but the issue persists. My phone number is [redacted], and my original email is [redacted] I received a notification about a login from a Google Pixel 2 in Chicago. Please either permanently delete the account or restore my access promptly to prevent further exploitation.

When I created my initial Snapchat account, I used my school email and my first phone number. However, since leaving the school, my email was deactivated after a year, and I changed my phone number when I got a new device. Now, I am unable to access my Snapchat account because both my email and phone number have changed. Is there a way for me to reactivate my account without access to either? My account contains my real name, so I am willing to provide legal proof to verify my identity.

I set up my Snap account using my phone number without an email. I recently changed my number and forgot to update it on my account. A few days ago, I logged out as my boyfriend needed to use the app, but now I can't log back in because I forgot my password. I'm unable to reset it as I can't receive the code due to the changed phone number and no email linked to my account.

Someone has accessed my account without authorization and made unauthorized changes to my login credentials. In addition, explicit content has been posted and shared on my account. I am requesting for the account to be deleted entirely. I also would like to preserve the messages and posts containing explicit content for legal purposes. I intend to submit this evidence to the Prince George County Police to address the identity theft and hacking.

Nearly three days ago, my Snapchat account was compromised by an unknown person. Regrettably, the hacker has been posing as me and selling my personal photos. They even went as far as setting up a fraudulent Venmo account to collect money from my loved ones. The strain of this situation has caused me so much distress that I've been unable to go to work. Despite making four separate attempts to contact Snapchat's support team, I have not received any significant assistance. While Venmo has taken action by freezing the fake account pending an investigation, Snapchat's response via Twitter has been lackluster. It's disheartening that my pleas for help have been disregarded, and I am left feeling frustrated and let down by the lack of prompt action to address this serious breach of my privacy.

A former date, Kevin Gossett, whom I gave access to my Snapchat due to trust issues, has caused me distress by misusing the account. Despite changing the password after breaking up due to his meddling, I found myself locked out of my own account shortly after. To my surprise, friends informed me that lewd messages and inappropriate photos were being sent from my account, under the username @perrtyprincess, but they were not from me. This false representation is not only upsetting but also damaging to my reputation and integrity. Kevin Gossett's actions are deceitful and could have serious consequences for me personally and professionally.

I believe my account has been hacked. Someone has changed my password and email, and they seem to have access to the verification app since I am not receiving any alerts anymore. The hacker obtained my phone number from my account and is now blackmailing me with my own photos. I am unable to regain access to my account and am very worried about the situation.

I provided my birthdate as February 29 when I created my account. However, my actual birthday falls on March 1 during non-leap years. I am facing an issue because I can't celebrate my birthday on the correct date. Snapchat's system only allows birthday changes once, but given my unique circumstance, I kindly request an exception to modify my birthdate to March 1. This adjustment would ensure that my birthday is correctly displayed even during non-leap years.

I can no longer access my old Snapchat account, kelliefrxo. I had to create a new one because I lost access to the old email and phone number associated with it. The email linked to my old account is [redacted] I've tried to recover access to this email, but it's been unsuccessful. I recently got a new iPhone and when I tried to log in to Snapchat, it was flagged as suspicious. I urgently need access to my old account because it contains precious videos of my late grandmother and my younger brother. These videos hold sentimental value and losing them is heartbreaking. I am unsure of the reason since I have been using Snapchat for 13 years, and I have had my account for all of those 13 years. I am referring to my account olazamczala16. Recently, something strange occurred with my Snapchat account. I maintain a private story where I frequently post content. However, every time I post to my private story, it automatically saves those posts to my memories. I reached out to other friends who also have private stories, but they do not experience the same issue. Despite attempting various fixes, I have not been successful in resolving this problem. It has become increasingly frustrating as I prefer to save specific content selectively, and now I find myself having to sift through a multitude of random posts in my memories. I could really use some assistance with this issue, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

When attempting to log into my account, I receive a message stating there is no connection despite being connected to the internet. The app is unresponsive for finding or recovering my account. I've attempted the "forgot password" option which also fails due to the connection error. Even after resetting my wifi router and using mobile data, the issue persists. I've restarted my phone, reinstalled the app several times, and encountered the same problem on other devices nearby. Accessing Snapchat's support center informs me of a server connection issue. My wifi and mobile data function well with other apps without any problems.

Hello, my name is Megan Lei. I am having trouble accessing my Snapchat account because I forgot my password. My account is connected to my dad's email, and when I try to reset my password using my email, it says it's invalid. My ex-boyfriend informed me that he changed both my password and the email linked to my account and refuses to give me access.
