Hello Snapchat team, I am currently facing an issue with my Snapchat account. The iPhone model I last used for Snapchat is an iPhone 7 Plus in black. My Snapchat username is @Josemejia05266*. If needed, you can contact me through my sister, Elizabeth, via email at [redacted] The password associated with my account is mejia0526. The phone number used for verification is [redacted]. Unfortunately, my account has been hacked, and the hacker has changed the phone number linked to it. I have tried to reset my password using my email but the hacker's number is being used for verification. I kindly request that you remove the hacker's number and help me reset my password, verifying it through my email instead. I have noticed similar complaints online, and I would greatly appreciate regaining access to my account. Your prompt assistance is highly valued as I urgently need to recover my important messages and photos stored on the platform. Hello, I'm trying to access my old account with your company. I no longer have the same phone number associated with the account, but I know the password for the email linked to it. I accidentally logged out of my account and I'm unsure if my email or phone number are verified. I can't remember my password despite trying several. I have previous emails from Snapchat regarding the same account as proof. I'd appreciate an email or call to the number [redacted] to confirm if my email or number is verified. I was logged out of my Snapchat account "DonCaliOnly" without my permission. When I try to log back in, it says my email address and phone number are not verified. This is a significant problem for me because I use this account daily to advertise my products and send order confirmations. A friend told me that the account removed all friends and can't add them back. I'm very frustrated and concerned about all my backed-up memories that I can't access. I recently closed my Snapchat account last week. Snapchat assured me that I could log in within 30 days to reactivate it, but when I tried to log in, it seemed like my account was already gone. This situation feels unfair, as it hasn't even been thirty days yet, just a week since I deactivated. The username for my account is goldenqueen716. I hope there is a possibility to recover my Snapchat account as I have many cherished memories, photos, and videos on the app that I don't want to lose. If my account was indeed deleted, I would be extremely frustrated.

Hello, I recently acquired a new phone with a new connected number. Unfortunately, I have forgotten my Snapchat password and am unable to access my account from the new device. I am unable to recall the email address associated with the account, but I do remember the phone number I used. However, since I no longer have access to the old phone due to it being shut off, the number is no longer working. My username on Snapchat is ava.turcotte. I have tried reaching out to my phone provider, but they are unable to assist with retrieving text messages once the phone is inactive. I am waiting for a reset link to be sent to my email address [redacted] My ex-girlfriend changed the password and email associated with the account, and I need to recover it. I can provide proof that the account belongs to me by showing a photo and allowing you to view my saved snaps.

Hello, my name is Annette A. I was involved in a robbery on February 1, last Saturday, and it is currently under investigation. Unfortunately, my phone was stolen during the incident, and it had access to my Snapchat account. I am unable to log in now due to this. My Snapchat username is neettiiee. It seems I fell victim to a scam involving Snapchat and Cash App. A friend posted a snap offering $50 for access to a Snapchat account, and I responded. I only shared my Snapchat login details with them a few days later. After providing my Cash App tag, they struggled to log in due to an incorrect password. Eventually, I created a new password for them, and they gained access to my account. Unfortunately, I realized this too late and when I tried to log back in, I couldn't access my account. Despite attempting to reset my password through email and phone verification, I was unsuccessful. It appears they changed all my login information. As my Snapchat contains important data, I am eager to recover access to it.

I opened the Snapchat app and found that my account was logged out. When I tried to log back in, it kept saying "wrong password." After attempting to reset my password through email verification, the issue persisted. To make matters worse, someone has been using my account to post negative comments and share my personal details. Despite reporting the situation numerous times and contacting a friend for help, the problem still remains. Kindly assist me in closing down this compromised account.

I was contacted on Snapchat by someone offering premium content for sale. Initially, we agreed on a price, but it kept increasing as we chatted. Eventually, the person demanded more money and threatened to involve the police if I didn't comply. I refused and made it clear that their actions were illegal. Hello, I am writing about Snapchat. Recently, I got a new phone (both are Android phones, and I bought the new one in early January). I reset my old phone without logging out of Snapchat. I thought I had set up my photos to save to my camera roll. Upon trying to log into my Snapchat account, I was unexpectedly logged out and my password didn't work. I believe my Snapchat account has been compromised, and I sincerely apologize for not following the correct procedures. A friend requested to use my Snapchat to make a post, and I agreed. I later received an email stating my phone number was changed. I promptly attempted to change my password and am uncertain if it was successful. Upon trying to log in, I was informed my account was locked or compromised.
