My account was compromised on Snapchat. I received an email notifying me that my email and phone number were changed by someone else. After trying to reach out for help via another number, I was blocked. I urgently need assistance to regain access to my Snapchat as it holds precious memories of my late grandmother. The unauthorized user is misusing my account, posting scams, and deceiving my friends for money. Despite the changes, my username remains Monaebabii94. The new email linked to the account is [redacted] The unauthorized user used an iPhone 7 in Jacksonville, and the account's birthday is December 27, [redacted], under the name Destiny Burgess and display name Queen Monae. Residing in the United States, I am unable to access the account due to the altered email and password. Any help in changing the email to recover my account promptly would be greatly appreciated. My priority is to cease the fraudulent activities and retrieve the invaluable photos of my grandmother.

While I was at school, I encountered an issue with my Snapchat login. It mentioned needing camera access, which puzzled me as I couldn't find that setting on my phone. I restarted my phone and reopened Snapchat, encountering the same problem. Unable to resolve it, I decided to delete and reinstall the app. However, upon reinstalling, I found myself locked out due to a "wrong password" error, which was indeed correct. I attempted to receive a verification code via my number but then realized I hadn't updated my new number in the account. Now, I'm stuck as neither my password nor email login are working.

I encountered an issue with logging into Snapchat on my phone at school. The app mentioned needing camera access which I couldn't find in my phone settings. Despite restarting my phone, the problem persisted. I resorted to deleting and reinstalling the app, but upon doing so, I couldn't log in due to a password error. When attempting to retrieve it via my old phone number in the account, I realized I hadn't updated it. I then tried my email with no success. Hello GetHuman, I received an email from Team Snapchat at 21:31 stating that my account is temporarily locked. I am unsure why this happened and believe it may be a mistake as I haven't engaged in any spam activity (which was suggested as a possible reason for the lock). Could you please assist in unlocking my account? I apologize if there was any misunderstanding on my part. I have read that the issue may be resolved within 24 hours, but I am concerned about losing all my Snapstreaks. Hi Snapchat, I need assistance as I accidentally deleted the app and lost access due to two-factor authentication on an old number. I've tried to recover the number but had no luck. My cousin's Instagram account was hacked, and the hacker contacted me to ask for my Snapchat username. For years now, I have been dealing with harassment from individuals who have been impersonating my 16-year-old friend, which has caused a lot of distress. Despite being 19, they disapprove of our friendship and resort to hacking her accounts to manipulate us into disconnecting. One of these individuals has gone as far as to hack her passwords. It's exhausting not knowing who these people are and dealing with unnecessary interference. My friend has also had issues within her family due to this situation, and she is reluctant to involve them further. Despite seeking help from the police with no success, I feel lost on how to stop this harassment.

Earlier today, I encountered issues with sending chats on my Galaxy S6. Despite restarting the phone, the problem persisted. Subsequently, my friends' stories were not loading either. I attempted to troubleshoot by restarting the phone again to no avail. Deleting and reinstalling Snapchat did not resolve the issue, as I received an error message when trying to sign in. Even after attempting to reset my account using my phone number, the problem persisted. Re-downloading the app only led to the same error message. I use Snapchat daily and receive numerous snaps, which used to be time-consuming to open, affecting my phone usage. Lately, I've left about [redacted] streaks on delivered for a week, only to find them disappearing shortly after. I'm puzzled about this occurrence. I suspect it might be Snapchat's way to optimize the app, though some users seem unaffected by it. I had tried Snapchat beta, but it didn't alter my experience and may have caused additional issues. I've since removed the beta version from my device. I hope to understand why my snaps are vanishing and find a solution to prevent it from continuing.

I am having trouble logging back into my main Snapchat account, “Linnay.ldn”, due to a "suspicious activity" alert. This is frustrating as I also use two other accounts, one being my old account “Linnay.x” and the other belonging to my BestFriend, “shaydax2”. I rely on my old account to connect with contacts who do not have my new account, and my BestFriend uses my phone to use Snapchat since she doesn't have a phone currently. It is worrisome because I have important messages and memories on my main account that I can’t access. I would appreciate assistance in regaining access to my main account as there is no actual suspicious activity occurring.

I own an iPhone 8+ and an XR. Typically using my XR, I logged out of Snapchat and logged into my iPhone 8+. While on the 8+, I changed the password. When I tried to log back into Snapchat on my XR, it's saying the password is incorrect. I usually only use two passwords for everything so I'm confident this is not wrong. I'm concerned because I have meaningful videos and photos on there. Recently, when I got my XR, I changed my phone number, and my old number is linked to Snapchat. Additionally, when trying to access my email, even though I know the password, I received a notification indicating some login attempts. Now, they are suggesting to create a new email due to security concerns. I am anxious because I cannot access my Snapchat account even though I am sure the password is correct. I'm afraid the quick switch between phones may have caused an issue. Please assist me.

I received a text and email notifying me of a login from an unknown user in Florida and recommended changing my password, which I did. Subsequently, I was logged out by someone from Boston, prompting another password change. Shortly after, I was logged out once more and informed I couldn't access my account without receiving a confirmation text to use email. Upon checking, I found out the email associated with my account was changed to an unfamiliar one. Following this, I received a message stating my account was locked and that I would receive an unlocking code in an hour. Presently, I am locked out of my account via email, phone, and password.

I experienced a hack on Friday morning and the hacker changed my email and phone number, locking me out of my account. Despite reaching out to Snapchat multiple times, they have not taken any action. I am extremely frustrated because the hacker has obtained private photos and is sharing them with my friends on Snapchat, as well as attempting to profit from them. This individual has also hacked into my friends' accounts and is engaging in similar actions. The hacked account's username is "babyyedith," and after the email change, I received an alert that the new email is "[redacted]" I am seeking assistance in shutting down this account as I feel violated and threatened. I believe this behavior is illegal and violates my rights. Your prompt help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am currently locked out of my Snapchat account because I have forgotten my password. Despite trying to reset it via email, the system keeps redirecting me to an old number that I no longer have access to. It does not provide me with the option to regain access through email or send me a recovery code. I am willing to provide identification to verify the account, as well as share several past passwords I have used. The correct email is associated with the account, but I cannot choose this option for recovery.
