Hello, I was recently logged out of my Snapchat account, possibly because I attempted to access my "My Eyes Only" section but couldn't recall the passcode. Unfortunately, I can't remember the email associated with the account or the password for my username, Toiletselfies. Since then, my phone number has changed, making it harder to verify my account. Is there a method to prove my ownership of this account and recover access?

One of my Snapchat contacts decided it would be amusing to repeatedly report my account until it was deleted. Snapchat went ahead and deleted it without verifying if any rules were broken. They provided no evidence of any wrongdoing on my part. I'm frustrated that I can't retrieve my account which contained all the photos from my recent family holiday. The pictures were from a trip just hours before my account got removed.

I was contacted by someone pretending to be a friend on Snapchat, asking to post a promotion on my story. Trusting them, I shared my login details, received a verification code, and unknowingly gave it to them. I was then locked out of my account as they changed the password. They demanded $50 for the new password, revealing they weren't who they claimed to be. Despite efforts to negotiate for my account's return without payment, they insist on the money. I go by the username depression079, here is my situation. A person requested to use an account since they needed more views. I shared with them the password of an account I don't actively use. Unfortunately, the password for that account was the same as my main account. The individual accessed my main account and altered the password, locking me out. I was unable to regain access as the email was not verified. I seek assistance as I have email evidence proving the account originally belonged to me.

I am reaching out for assistance regarding a case involving a fraudulent account on Snapchat. A crime reference number relevant to SECTION 17 GDPR has been provided. Legal action has been initiated through UK cyber solicitors due to Snapchat's negligence in addressing the issue. The account in question, initially impersonating my son and later hacked, must be deleted according to data protection laws. It has come to light that the account was created with a temporary email, making it impossible for the child involved to delete it. To avoid legal repercussions, the child, with my guidance as their mother, wishes for the account to be permanently removed. We have already informed the authorities about this matter. In order to settle this without further legal action, we urgently request the closure of the account in question. The child's responsible adult is invoking the Right to erasure under GDPR (SECTION 17). I am willing to provide a copy of my ID upon request. Numerous reports have been lodged, and this situation is now a pressing legal concern. The account's password is "armani100," and the account has a best friend list consisting of Lilly and Chantelle, with only three photos in the memories section.

This morning, at 07:30, I discovered two concerning emails from Snapchat in my inbox. The first, received at 07:15, informed me of a login from an unfamiliar location. Shortly after, at 07:17, a second email notified me of an email change on the account. Despite reaching out to customer service immediately through the website, I am yet to receive a response. The hacker now has control of my account and is engaging in fraudulent activities, tricking my friends into sending money. Without access to the altered email address, phone number, and password, I am unable to regain control of my account. I urgently seek your assistance in addressing this issue to prevent further harm.

I have experienced a serious issue with Snapchat. My account containing private images was hacked, with the hacker changing the account's password and associated email. Despite reporting this to Snapchat, who informed me they had shut down the account, the hacker managed to reactivate it using their email. Disturbingly, the hacker attempted to sell my images and scam my friends. Despite my repeated attempts to communicate with Snapchat, they stated they couldn't take action without the associated email. Feeling my privacy was not being protected, I escalated the issue, but received no response from Snapchat. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have to pursue legal action.
