I believe my Snapchat account has been compromised. The individual responsible seems intent on damaging my reputation through the social platform. Despite receiving an email from Snapchat for account recovery, the provided link does not accept the email address to which it was sent. I have been using Snapchat for many years and cannot recall the original email address associated with my account. Moreover, the hacker has changed my phone number, preventing me from resetting the account. I attempted to reset the password through Google by entering my phone number, which was successful online. However, when inputting the new password on the Snapchat app, it does not authenticate.

I am having trouble accessing my account. I received a notice that it has been locked. I attempted to reset the password, create a new account, and reinstall the app, but none of these solutions have worked. I did not violate any Snapchat rules to have my account locked. It is frustrating not being able to access my account or create a new one.

I'm currently experiencing difficulty logging into my account after receiving a notice that it has been locked. I've attempted to reset the password and log in again without success. Creating a new account also did not resolve the issue. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app without any luck. I haven't violated Snapchat's rules to warrant my account being locked, and I find it unfair to be unable to access my account or create a new one. A few months ago, my Snapchat account was hacked, and the hacker changed the linked email and phone number. Despite changing my password, the person managed to access five years' worth of my private, including explicit photos they shared with my friends. The hacker continues to torment me through my account. I've sought help from the police and tried contacting Snapchat multiple times, even enlisting friends to do the same, but have received no response. I urgently need to get in touch with someone from the Snapchat team to address this issue.

While browsing Snapchat, my account was unexpectedly logged out, and now I am locked out. I checked the reasons for accounts being locked, such as abuse or harassment, and I don't believe I've violated any of these. I would appreciate it if you could restore my account promptly. My account was compromised after receiving a text from +1 [redacted] claiming an unknown login to my Snapchat. After replying with the code sent from +1 [redacted] and changing my password, I got another message from +1 [redacted] stating my account was locked. They instructed me to email [redacted] for help. I realized the email was a scam when they sent a suspicious link asking for my information. They also added an authentication app. Despite changing my password multiple times, I couldn't access my account as it kept showing incorrect password. This cycle repeated about 10 times.

I, a 17-year-old named Sophia S., experienced my Snapchat account VibewithSophie being hacked by spam last night around 9 or 10 PM. The hacker altered all my account details, including email, phone number, and two-factor authentication, preventing me from regaining access. He demanded $50 for my account, which I have evidence of through screenshots showing what he posted on my account. Despite contacting Snapchat, law enforcement, and others, the account remains active. I have relevant information to verify my ownership of the account and request its permanent deletion. I am a regular Snapchat user, but I faced an issue when I temporarily deleted the app. Upon re-downloading it, I couldn't log in due to forgetting my password. Despite trying various methods to reset it using my old phone number and email, I realized I no longer had access to them. I uninstalled Snapchat yesterday due to technical issues and reinstalled it shortly after. Upon attempting to log back in, the app requested a verification code sent to an old phone number that I no longer use. With no access to that number, I am locked out of my account without a way to regain entry. I can provide proof of my identity, email, birthdate, and previous phone number to verify my ownership. I am willing to answer any personal questions to confirm my identity. I am seeking assistance to gain access to my account as I have valuable memories stored within the app that I would be devastated to lose. If retrieving my memories without recovering the account is possible, that would be sufficient for me.

My account was unexpectedly locked two days ago. After reviewing the rules, I realized I hadn't violated any of them. Snapchat states that a temporary lock lasts 24 hours. Despite waiting, my account remained locked. I attempted to unlock it through their page but received an error message. I've contacted support multiple times, but seem to receive automated responses centering around my supposed "spammy" behavior, which I haven't engaged in. Not sure how to proceed. I have been using Snapchat for several years under the username kierstensmith31. Recently, I changed the password from Kierste1234 to something I can no longer recall. Someone on Snapchat has been pretending to be me, which is really creepy. They created a Bitmoji that looks just like me, down to details like my eye color and birthday, which is unsettling. I felt uncomfortable thinking about what they might be saying to others using my identity. Despite trying to contact them through friend requests, they never accepted mine, but did accept my friend Bri's request. They started sending her inappropriate messages and even offered her money in exchange for a relationship, which turned really unsettling. The fact that they had poor grammar made me think they might not speak English well. I had Bri report the account, but I worry about the person behind it potentially targeting other young individuals. I hope Snapchat can take action to track them down and prevent them from harming anyone else.

The camera quality on Snapchat with my iPhone 11 Pro Max is disappointing. It's even worse than an iPhone 6. The images are blurry and unpleasant. Having spent $[redacted] on this phone, I expected better quality. Please, address this issue as soon as possible. I feel embarrassed to showcase the poor quality on my supposedly top-of-the-line phone. It's frustrating that the pictures don't turn out clear but instead look washed out. It's like going back to using an older model like the iPhone 4. I am considering deleting Snapchat as there's no point in using it when the picture quality is so poor. Please update Snapchat to improve the camera quality on iPhones. This is a critical issue that needs immediate attention.

A hacker contacted me via a Snapchat account belonging to a close friend who had also been hacked. They requested my password to check something, which I provided, mistakenly thinking it was my trustworthy friend. Shortly after, I received emails informing me of an unrecognized Samsung device logging into my account, a password change, and deactivation. Yesterday, I was using Snapchat without any issues. However, today when I tried to access the app, I noticed that I was unexpectedly logged out, which never happens. I was using Snapchat, and later when I tried to log back in an hour later, I found myself logged out. Initially, I thought it might be a glitch, and I attempted to log back in.
