I am attempting to regain access to my old account named "Thereal.jono." The phone number associated with the account is my previous phone number, [redacted]. I am now using a different number, [redacted]. The email linked to the account was verified, but I no longer remember it. I have not accessed this account for quite some time, and I am eager to retrieve the memories stored there. I have been struggling to recover my Snapchat account for approximately two years now.

Hello, my name is Isabel Carbajal. Today, I have been attempting to log in to my Snapchat account all day. Unfortunately, I got kicked out and I am unsure of the reason. Each time I enter my username and password, it informs me that they are incorrect, although I have been using the same password for my account since its creation. I do not have access to the email linked to my Snapchat, and when I try to use my phone number, I receive an error message prompting me to try again later. Could you please assist me with this issue?

I am looking to avoid dating advertisements appearing constantly on my Snapchat feed. Despite adjusting my ad settings, I am still being shown the Tamni ad and numerous other dating promotions. As a person not currently seeking a relationship and with a firm belief that dating ads often result in wasted money without any benefit, I find these ads irrelevant and somewhat intrusive. Although I have tried the usual methods to customize my ad preferences, the dating ads keep popping up without any effective solution. Snapchat should offer a specific option to disable dating ads or something similar to help users like me avoid such unwanted content.

I am unable to access my Snapchat account due to a change in my phone number. The two-factor authentication is linked to my old number, and I did not save the authentication code. I no longer have access to the phone number associated with my account. Is there a way to reset or bypass this process? There are numerous cherished memories, photos, and videos saved in my account that I would hate to lose. Any assistance in recovering my account would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am reaching out for assistance in unlocking my account, “Lois.powell”. According to your support page, the account is only meant to be locked for 24 hours. However, it has been over 48 hours now, and I have been unable to access Snapchat for an extended period. I acknowledge that the email address currently associated with the account is not correct, but unfortunately, I have lost access to that email. I plan to update the email to “[redacted]” as soon as my account is unlocked. If my account had been unlocked within the specified 24-hour timeframe, I would have already resolved the email verification issue. I am disappointed that I have to resort to this email, as following the proper procedures would have allowed me to regain access and continue using the app without interruptions. I am hesitant to create a new account as it would involve losing my snap scores, friends, memories, stickers, and chats, which would be a lengthy process to recover. I wanted to enable Two-Factor Authentication, and I chose SMS Verification. However, I never received the code. I became impatient while waiting and started entering random numbers. This caused Snapchat to temporarily disable my account. I want to clarify that the number I provided was correct. I am unsure why I am not receiving any codes from Snapchat. My account and app crashed, and when I tried to reopen the app, I was logged out. I attempted to log back in using my username, but it said the password was wrong. After resetting it, I still couldn't log in with my username. Logging in with my email worked, but it showed a different username with no data. I'm concerned I might have been hacked, as there are important memories on the account that I don't want to lose.

My Snapchat account sbtank617 was hacked, and I lost access to it. I no longer have the old email to verify the account. Someone unauthorized is using it, and I have personal family photos on there. I made a new account, colmpatrick617, but I urgently want to regain access to sbtank617. Please help me recover this account.

I am unable to access my Snapchat account after sharing my password with someone to verify my phone or email. This person changed my details, and I cannot recover my password as it has been altered. I can provide any information necessary about my account, such as previous passwords, contacts, blocked users, and even the individuals I communicate with on the app. Please assist me in regaining access.

I recently received an email stating that my account has been set up with the Google Authentication app, but I did not authorize this change. Consequently, I am now unable to access my account and suspect it may have been compromised. Despite having both my email and phone number (SMS verification) linked to my account, I did not receive any notification about this setting alteration. Last week, I mistakenly sent intimate Snapchat videos to someone who saved them from my private story. Unfortunately, I am unable to find their details to report them for misuse. The individual in question goes by the username “Malemunroee” on the platform. Their actions have left me feeling uncomfortable and embarrassed due to the unauthorized sharing of my personal content.

I forgot my password and can't change it since I have a new number. To update my number, I need to verify my email, but I can't do so without a number. I'm concerned about losing my data if I get logged off and can't sign back in. I hope this can be resolved by either getting a new password or changing my number without requiring an email or existing password.

Dear Snapchat, I wanted to bring to your attention the issue regarding the inability to change usernames on the platform. This has been a concern for me and many of my friends. I personally created my username back in 6th grade, and it has become embarrassing over time. Similarly, a friend of mine created hers in 3rd grade and now, in 8th grade, she regrets it. I believe it would greatly benefit users if there was an option to change usernames on Snapchat. Thank you for considering this feedback.

My Snapchat account "prettykay898" has been hacked. I have set up my privacy requiring a recovery code to login when logged out. Unfortunately, my phone was stolen, and the number associated with my account is inaccessible. I am unable to receive the code needed to access my account. My account was hacked and reported because I couldn't access it. Once I regained access, everything seemed fine. However, I woke up to find my account deactivated and received an email stating I'm prohibited from creating new accounts. Whenever I make a new one, Snapchat deactivates it, leaving me locked out again. I need this resolved as the account was wrongly reported due to the hacking incident.

My Snapchat account was compromised by individuals in Turkey, who altered my email address to [redacted] Subsequently, I received an email from [redacted] instructing that my account has been locked and to regain access, I needed to provide my "My Eyes Only" code, last 4 digits of my phone number, and recovery code. I inadvertently shared this information, unaware that the email may not have been from the legitimate Snapchat support. I promptly changed my password, but I am unable to sign in as it requires a verification or authentication code that I did not receive or set up. I am anxious about the data stored in my account. This morning, I received an email about changes to my Snapchat account, including my email, password, and phone number. When I tried to log in, it says my email is not valid. Another email was sent to my phone, stating that the email on the account was changed to my other email. I attempted to use my other email account, but it was also rejected. I used to have two accounts, one named darragh744 and the other corkie169. Unfortunately, my friend logged me out to use his account. When he logged out, I tried to log back into my darragh744 account but was unsuccessful, leading me to create a new account. Recently, I tried to update the password for my original darragh744 account but did so on my old phone, which is now broken. This has left me unable to access my Snapchat account as I no longer have the verification code.

I have access to my email, username, and password for my Snapchat account. However, I recently changed my number, and the verification code is being sent to my old number [redacted].
