I encountered an issue with Snapchat where I was unexpectedly logged out of my account upon opening the app. Despite never intentionally logging out, I faced difficulty logging back in as the system indicated a mismatch in my username/password. I attempted to recover my account through Snapchat's website on my computer but was informed that my account was not found. Despite trying the forgot password option, I was unsuccessful. I have both my phone number and email linked to the account with no success in the recovery process. I would greatly appreciate assistance in restoring access to my Snapchat account. (I refrain from using non-supported third-party applications)

I have been experiencing a problem with logging out of my account on the app. When attempting to log out, it shows as unavailable. The only solution seems to be deleting and reinstalling the app. However, upon reinstalling, I lose all my chat history unless I message the person again. Furthermore, my discover page does not load and continuously refreshes. Additionally, the story views are not displaying accurately, as it shows 0 views even though people have seen it.

I recently changed my password due to unauthorized access to my account. Today, I got a new phone and encountered issues logging in. Unfortunately, I am unable to use the email recovery option on Snapchat. I attempted to reset the password by sending an SMS code, but it failed stating my phone number was not verified before. It is crucial for me to access my old Snapchat account as it contains important contacts and cherished memories.

My account was hacked in California. I received an email about someone logging in, and when I tried to change my password, I discovered the settings required a verification code to access. The hacker likely linked their phone number, as I haven't received the necessary code to log back in. Please assist me in recovering my account. Thank you.

My account got hacked, and now my friends are receiving inappropriate pictures and losing money as the hacker pretends to be me. The email and phone number linked to my account were changed, so I can't reset my password. I've reported this issue multiple times, but nothing has been done, and the account is still active. I'm worried about my friends losing money and feeling frustrated with the lack of response to my complaints. Please, at the very least, consider deleting the compromised account.

Recently, my Snapchat has been experiencing issues. Initially, it was not displaying my location on Snap Maps despite the setting being on. Following that, I couldn't see who viewed my stories even though I knew people had viewed them. Now, I'm encountering difficulties with loading some of the snaps sent to me. I'm hoping to resolve these problems and avoid having to create a new account, as I don't want to lose my cherished memories.

I made a mistake by allowing a friend to use my Snapchat for his business, giving him my login information. Now he has changed the email and password, and is pretending to be me on Snapchat to scam my friends. The email he changed it to is [redacted] I can provide you with specific names from my friends list to confirm that this account belongs to me.

A friend messaged me on Snapchat, and thinking it was her, I sent money when she asked. Later, I discovered her account had been hacked, and mine too. The hackers are now using my account to request money on Cash App. I am looking to have my old Snapchat account deleted to prevent this from happening to others.

I recently changed my phone number, and I've been facing difficulties switching it to my new number on Snapchat. Since my email is no longer connected as well, I am unable to reset my password to regain access to my account. I previously used this email address for my Snapchat account until I had to link it to a different account. My Snapchat account was compromised on my old phone, so I got a new phone. Unfortunately, I couldn't remember the old account's password due to different email and phone numbers. I had to create a new account, msthicckk, and added my old account to it. The person who hacked my old account keeps sending me messages. My old phone number was [redacted], and my current number is [redacted].

I used to have my old name as my username (I legally changed it; I've transitioned from female to non-binary). Seeing my username makes me feel horrible and dysphoric. I don't want to create a new account due to my existing streaks and connections. Could you please change it to blake4439? It would greatly improve my experience. Thank you.

I accidentally logged out of my Snapchat account after letting my girlfriend use it on my phone. Unfortunately, I can't remember the correct password and I'm unable to recover it because my phone number has changed and was not updated on my account. I have precious photos of my 6-month-old baby on that Snapchat account, capturing his growth from just 2 days old until now. I am devastated and really need access to retrieve those important memories. Your assistance in helping me regain access to my account would mean a lot to me.

I recently changed my mobile number a few days ago and now I'm facing difficulty logging into my Snapchat account because it requires a "recovery code" that was sent to my old phone number. Despite entering my email, the verification code is still being sent to my old number. This situation is distressing because I've had my Snapchat account for over 3 years. I recently got locked out of my Snapchat account for no apparent reason. I just upgraded to a new iPhone 11 and exclusively use Snapchat to communicate with my boyfriend who lives in another town. My account has been hacked. The username affected is juice_upp. The email associated with the account was [redacted] The hacker changed the email and password to my Snapchat account. I received an email stating that my Snapchat email was changed to [redacted], which is not me. The hacker is pretending to be me, asking for inappropriate content and posting unacceptable things. This situation is causing serious issues for my business.

I am attempting to transfer my account from one phone to another. However, I am encountering issues during the verification process. Despite disabling the old phone number, I am still receiving the verification code on that number. Even when trying to update my account with the new phone number while still logged in on the old device, the verification code continues to be sent to the old phone number. Could you please respond via email? Additionally, if feasible, could you provide a contact number for speaking with a customer service representative?

I recently moved from Japan to the USA and changed my phone number. Since I got a new phone and transferred all my data, I'm logged out of my account. Even though I enter the correct password, they are verifying my identity by reaching out to my old phone number. I'd like to be able to log into my account using my new phone number. Thank you.

On 12/22/19, my account got locked, and as of 12/25/19, it remains locked. I do not use any 3rd party apps. My username is "Gibbysiewert." I am 17 years old, and I really want my account, which I have had for 3 years, back. I hope this can be resolved soon.

I was using my account when I suddenly got logged out. My account was deleted for about 5 days, but now it has been reactivated. This has happened multiple times before with different accounts, and it is becoming quite frustrating. Now that it's back, someone is messaging others from my account, causing confusion. In the past, they have posted on my stories, messaged people, and even caused disagreements. This has really affected me and made me upset. I would appreciate it if the account could be taken down, please.

I have experienced multiple hackings on my account recently, resulting in unauthorized posts on my story and messages to others that have caused misunderstandings and conflicts. I was even locked out of my account for five days recently, only to find it reactivated today. Upon checking, I saw that the hackers are still messaging people. This situation has been extremely distressing for me, and I wish to stop it by requesting the account to be taken down promptly.
