A person named 'Brian Reece' has been harassing a close friend of mine, repeatedly telling her to harm herself and making other threats. She is scared to contact the authorities, and although she blocked him on various platforms, Snapchat seems to be unblocking him without her consent. It's frustrating that Snapchat is not addressing this matter seriously, especially since he is threatening to cause harm. I urge you to take action against the user 'Brian Reece,' as I have several screenshots documenting his harassing and threatening behavior.

My Snapchat account was hacked on December 19, [redacted]. The hacker gained access through a message sent from a friend's compromised account, leading to my logout. Subsequently, unauthorized changes to my password, phone number, and authentication settings were made without my knowledge. Unable to regain access, I received notifications thanking me for alterations I did not initiate. Consequently, I have been locked out of my account entirely. Can you assist me in deleting the compromised account? I had to create a new Snapchat profile as a result of this breach. Unfortunately, the hacker impersonated me to some of my followers and fraudulently extracted money. I have informed my followers and friends to report the imposter account.

My best friends list is in disarray. My top best friend got dropped to second place after being at the top for 2 months. I've been trying to regain that spot by sending thousands of snaps, but it's not helping. The current number one best friend, I'm purposely ignoring to speed up the process, but it's still not working. After updating my Snapchat app to use the new cameo feature, my account got "temporarily locked" on December 20, [redacted]. Today is December 22, [redacted], and I've been unsuccessful in unlocking it. I haven't installed any new apps or any "third-party" apps since my phone doesn't have any available storage space for that. My main concern is recovering years of memories, including precious photos and videos of my son born in [redacted]. I really need to regain access to my account to retrieve all those valuable memories.

Yesterday, my account got hacked while I was at work. The hacker changed my account email and password. I attempted to reset the password after work by following the instructions in the email I received about the email change, but it did not work. My account username is kroboth10. I created a new account, but I need my old account back as it contains important pictures and contacts of friends who only contact me through snap. Please assist me in recovering my account.

I got logged out of my Snapchat account and now I can't log back in. When I tried to reset my password, it's not recognizing my phone number even though it's the one I used to sign up. The email link I received was for my old account, but I know I signed up with my phone number. It's been two days, and I'm still unable to access my account.

Yesterday, my best friend's Snapchat account was hacked. The hacker posed as her and requested $94 from me urgently for a tire emergency. I sent the money to the hacker's Cash App account. Shockingly, the hacker is still active on Snapchat today, having read my messages expressing my concern. I am reaching out to Cash App to take legal action, and I am notifying you too. I want to alert you that there has been identity theft on my friend's profile, which is under the name "niccoool" owned by Nichole C. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

The hacker is falsely advertising a premium Snapchat using her old images. I woke up at 1 a.m. because of a bad feeling. When I opened Snapchat, I was surprised to see the login page since I never log out. After logging in, I noticed people asking if I had been hacked. Upon checking my messages, I found out that inappropriate pictures were posted on my story. By the time I looked, the offending content was already deleted. Hello, I lost multiple Snapchat streaks due to the recent update about a month ago. I have reached out to Snapchat through the app multiple times but have not received any resolution. One of the streaks that meant a lot to me was nearly 1,[redacted] days with my significant other, a National Guard member. I have been trying to get in touch many times regarding my Snapchat account (Lorenax3x3) being hacked. I have sensitive information on my profile. Despite trying to reset my password, the hacker changed my email and password. I created a new account, reported the issue, and had my friends report it too, but no action has been taken.
