I've noticed that the "friend emojis" on Snapchat are not working properly. For example, I share a best friend with someone, as they appear on my best friend list, but we don't have the "mutual bestie" emoji (😎) showing up. This issue seems to be occurring with other friends as well, as I've encountered discrepancies between the actual friends and the emojis assigned to them in the "friend emojis" settings. It seems like there might be a glitch that needs to be addressed.

After logging out of my Snapchat account, I encountered an issue with receiving the verification code when trying to log back in. Despite entering the correct username and password, the code wouldn't arrive. I attempted multiple times, restarted my phone three times, and even uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but the verification code still didn't come through.

I had a two-year streak with my girlfriend, which we recently lost. Unfortunately, my phone wasn't working, and I didn't have access to WiFi to send any snaps to her. The lost streak is really important to us and we are quite upset about it. Restoring it would mean a lot to us because it symbolized the closeness and connection we share. While others may see it as just a number, for us, it represented our commitment and loyalty to each other.

I received a troubling text from a friend claiming an emergency and requesting access to my Snapchat account to check on a mutual friend. Concerned, I promptly shared my login details only to discover it was not my friend but a hacker who altered the phone number associated with my account. My daughter's account, aaliyah3503, was hacked, and her personal photos are being shared online. I am deeply concerned for my child's safety and our family's privacy. The problem is further complicated because the email associated with my account is outdated, and my phone number is unverified, making it impossible for me to reset my password. A support team member offered to update my email address upon my approval to address this issue, but after confirming my consent, I have not received any further communication. I have been using this account for 4 years and can provide verification details such as my email and phone number, but unfortunately am still unable to reset my password. This situation is distressing as the account holds precious memories of departed loved ones and unforgettable trips. I recently had an unsettling experience on Snapchat. A girl named Jamie Roberts added me, requesting my photo. When I suggested she check my Instagram, she quickly did and then mysteriously changed her profile to my initials. I suspect she might be using fake photos to pose as someone else. I fear she could use my photo to deceive others. Being only 17, this situation has left me feeling violated. Unfortunately, she has since blocked me, making it impossible to track down her username. My daughter's Snapchat was hacked sometime on Sunday night or Monday morning. Vulgar language and inappropriate messages were sent to her friends, resulting in her suspension from school. I believe someone unauthorized gained access to my account. They changed the password, phone number, and email associated with it, preventing me from recovering the password. This situation is frustrating as I have a large number of contacts on Snapchat that I cannot access due to not memorizing them. Moreover, this unauthorized individual is posting from my account, and my friends have sent me screenshots, adding to my distress.
