I recently changed my phone number when switching to a new service and now I can't remember the password to my original Google email linked to that old number. This email and number are both connected to my Snapchat account under the email address [redacted] I remember my recent password but I can't access my account because the verification code is being sent to the old email and number that I can't access anymore. I need to find a way to prove my identity to regain access as the account holds sentimental pictures of a friend who passed away recently.

My Snapchat account has been hacked, and the hacker changed my password, email, and phone number, so I'm locked out. They have access to my personal information, photos, and conversations, which is concerning. I've already been to the police and have an incident slip with a contact number. I'm requesting to have my hacked account deleted to prevent further access by the hacker.

I recently purchased a new phone, and now my daughter's Snapchat account is linked to my new device, and I'm struggling to switch it back. I attempted logging her out and signing in with my account, but it keeps reverting to her profile. Changing the emails and passwords associated with each account hasn't resolved the issue. When attempting to reset the password using my phone number, it claims the number is incorrect, along with my email address. Hello, I'm reaching out because my Snapchat account was recently deactivated for violating the terms of service. Despite my attempts to inquire about the situation, I have not received any explanations from Snapchat. I strongly feel this may have been a misunderstanding on their part, as I only reported a situation where someone coerced me into actions I did not want to take. I am dismayed by the deletion of my account and the lack of response from Snapchat. This experience has left me with mixed emotions and I am considering leaving a review on the App Store and informing my friends about it. I would appreciate it if Snapchat could clarify the situation promptly, as this has been quite upsetting for me.

I am having trouble accessing my account because I recently got a new phone and my ex changed the phone number and email associated with it. I am unable to recover the account and I would appreciate it if you could send me an email to reset it as it contains precious memories of my late uncle. I had to create a new account, but I really need to retrieve the information from the old one. Thank you for your help in advance.

Someone compromised my account. I received an email about it and tried to reset my password multiple times but it didn't work. It kept saying my password was wrong despite having no connection error. Later, I attempted to reset it again and now I'm not receiving the authentication code. As a result, I am unable to access Snapchat. I own an iPhone 8 Plus and suspect an Android user hacked into my account. I am seeking assistance in resolving this issue so that I can regain access to my Snapchat account. My brother accidentally dropped his phone in the bath, so I let him log into his Snapchat on my phone. However, when I tried to log back in, I couldn't remember my password. I have tried using all three of my email accounts to recover my Snapchat, but the account is linked to an email I can't access and an old phone number I no longer use since getting a new phone. I recently created a new Snapchat account with a new email and phone number that I can access. However, I have noticed that my old Snapchat account, under the username prpmeli24, is still active. I no longer have access to the old email or phone number associated with that account. I am concerned because the Bitmoji on the old account is different, leading me to believe that it may have been hacked. I suspect that someone else now has access to my old account, pretending to be me and potentially having my pictures. I would like to recover my old account to change the information, retrieve old pictures, and possibly delete the account if necessary.

I have regained access to my Snapchat account, but unfortunately, my phone was stolen, and I am unable to retrieve my recovery code as it was saved in my gallery. Without backing up my gallery, I cannot locate the recovery code. I have valuable memories stored in my Snapchat account that I would like to access. I can verify my identity through my phone number, email, and knowledge of the password. I am willing to answer any additional verification questions required to recover my account. I have official documentation from local law enforcement regarding the stolen phone. I sincerely apologize for the oversight of not having my recovery code and kindly request your assistance in restoring access to my account.

Hello, my Snapchat account was hacked by someone pretending to be a friend. Snapchat locked my account for safety reasons, and despite verifying my information multiple times through email support, my account remains locked. I appreciate the concern for my safety and privacy, but I really need my account unlocked now. My Snapchat username is emmmmanm, phone number is +[redacted]9, and email is [redacted], all verified with the support team. I've already changed my password and need access restored promptly.

I logged out to allow my friend to log in, but when I tried to log back into my Snapchat account, it wouldn't accept my password even after changing it. I attempted to log in on my sister's phone with no success. Email verification also didn't work, and due to a changed phone number, I can't use that as an option. How can I regain access to my account without losing any data or connections?

Every time I log out of Snapchat, it automatically logs me out of my account, requiring me to reset my password each time I try to log back in. Recently, my account was compromised by a hacker who changed my password, leaving me unable to access my account. It's frustrating not being able to use Snapchat anymore. Can someone please help me resolve this issue externally since my password has been altered by a malicious actor, preventing my access?

I got logged out of my account. When I tried to log back in, it said my username or password was invalid. After attempting to reset my password using my phone number, I was notified it was invalid. I also tried my email address, but that didn't work either. It seems like someone has changed my password and phone number linked to the account. I really need to regain access to my account because I have valuable photos of my family and important contacts saved there.

My friend's Snapchat account has been hacked using the phishing method. The hacker has changed all the information, preventing us from resetting the password or making any changes. The hacker is now demanding $[redacted] to prevent sharing my friend's pictures and saved messages. We need assistance in blocking the accounts or finding a way to contact the hacker for legal action.

Hello, I've recently noticed that some of my memories seem to be missing, and I suspect it might be due to disconnecting my phone from my Apple devices. Unfortunately, my phone is broken, so I can't reconnect it to Snapchat to retrieve the memories. I thought memories were stored in the cloud, not just on the phone itself. Hello, I am Kg_thiam10 on Snapchat. I recently disconnected my secondary account, which I created using the same number as my main account. Despite disconnecting the secondary account, I am now unable to access my main account, Kg_thiam10. I have been trying for hours to log in without success. I recently received an email from Snapchat informing me that my account "*********" has been deleted due to a violation of their Terms of Service, which I did not commit. I have always used Snapchat according to their guidelines and have never used any third-party apps with my account. I am surprised and confused by this action as I believe there must be a misunderstanding.

I have a daily routine of sending streaks in the morning and at night to keep up with my friends. However, yesterday when I sent the streaks, I didn't receive any confirmation that they were sent, and it seemed like they weren't going through. I thought it might be a glitch or due to my older phone. I tried again at night and later found out this morning that my streaks had disappeared, even though I had sent them within the 24-hour window.

A person got hold of my contact information. I shared my Snapchat with him, and we chatted. I disclosed that I am 14 years old, and he revealed he is 22. The conversation took a disturbing turn with him making inappropriate advances. Despite not intending to meet him, I agreed to appease him. After feeling uncomfortable, I blocked him. Subsequently, he threatened to expose me. I documented the conversation, and he then resorted to blackmail, even mentioning involving my parents. I chose to block him, report the incident on all platforms, and even identified and blocked a possible linked Instagram account. In response, I deactivated my own Instagram profile.
