My boyfriend, who is in the Army, will be without his phone for a training exercise for 4 days. He requested me to log into his account daily to maintain his streaks. Unfortunately, I cannot access his account on my phone as it does not recognize my device. I have his login details, but I can't log into his email to verify my device. Can anyone assist me with this? Some streaks are over 2 years old.

I deleted my old Snapchat account around four years ago with the username BuhlerS1. I'm wondering if there's any way to recover that account. If not, can I reuse the old username? Every time I try to create a new account with that username, it says it's already in use even though the account was deleted.

I seem to be missing some snaps that I wasn't able to view. The video skipped ahead before I could record it. It's an important dance video that my friend accidentally recorded on Snapchat instead of a regular video. This is causing a problem because it's for our final dance project, and I can't redo it since I sprained my ankle two days later. It's really crucial. Please contact me. I enabled two-factor authentication and received a recovery code, which I saved as a screenshot. However, after getting logged out, I couldn't log back in using the code. I changed my password, adjusted the time on my device, and tried contacting Snap support via email and Twitter, but received limited assistance and no resolution after a week. I'm still unable to access my account and would appreciate some help resolving this issue.

I was logged out of my account, Crunning35, and couldn't recall the password. When attempting to reset it, I faced an issue as my number was linked to another account. Verification only changed the password for that other account. Access to my original account is crucial as it contains important information. Assistance with resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I left my phone at home and used my mom's phone to log into my Snapchat. However, when I got back to my phone and tried to log in, it had logged me out. It asked for a confirmation code due to multiple login attempts, but it was sent to my old phone number and email, which I no longer have access to. I really need to access my Snapchat as it contains precious memories of my nephews.

I recently blocked someone on my Yolo app due to experiencing sexual harassment, which is unacceptable. Despite reporting this individual twice, their identity remains undisclosed, causing me concern for my safety, especially if it is someone local. The lack of transparency regarding blocked users on Yolo is troubling, as the person can still view my content unbeknownst to me. I need to ascertain the identity of the individual to take further action, possibly involving the authorities.

I am unable to change my password or verify my email for one of my accounts despite having the verification email in my inbox. The account I typically use is inaccessible, and I have not received any responses to my numerous emails to the support team. I can verify my identity through my Bitmoji and have friends message me for additional proof. My username is rainingmemories, and the associated email is [redacted] If necessary, I can provide further evidence to prove ownership. If access to this account cannot be restored, I would like it to be deleted promptly. It is essential to me not to have private conversations stored online that I am unable to retrieve. I log out of Snapchat while trying to change my password. However, I forgot my old password during the process. I attempted to receive an SMS code on my phone, but due to poor service, I had to drive into town to try again. Unfortunately, after too many attempts, I now have to wait to receive the SMS. Since my main email is not verified on Snapchat, I am unsure how to proceed. Can anyone provide assistance?

I've had a Snapchat account with over 2,[redacted] connections for years. Unfortunately, due to past account issues, I no longer have access to the email associated with it. I deleted the account about a year ago during a relationship, which has since ended, and now I would love to retrieve my old account. The username for the account is colesmittyy. My account got temporarily locked, probably due to being hacked and used for spamming. I changed my password, but I'm still locked out after 18 hours. I'm concerned about losing my streaks and saved memories. I'm hoping my account won't be permanently blocked, especially since this is my first time locked out.

Snapchat seems to be intentionally preventing me from accessing my account. I have attempted to use both of my verified emails and my phone number, but they are showing as unavailable. The password saved in my notes does not seem to work, despite it being the same for all my accounts. I really need to regain access to my account as it contains important personal photos with sentimental value to me.

My friend and I had been each other's top best friend on Snapchat for two months. Even though we still talk more than anyone else, they are now my second best friend. I feel like we shouldn't have lost our two-month streak, and I'm not sure why this happened. I believe Snapchat should restore our two-month number one best friend status and put them back at the top of my list.

I attempted to create a new account, thinking I just needed to change my password, but I discovered that the phone number associated with the account had been changed. I recently experienced a security breach on my Snapchat account. A friend requested my login information urgently to investigate her ex-boyfriend, which I provided, assuming it was harmless. Shortly after, my password and email were changed without my consent to my account username, aspenkp. I was informed that explicit content was being shared from my account. Upon contacting the original account owner, she revealed that she too had been hacked along with others. The hacker jeopardized my account containing years of memories and contacts from around the country. This malicious activity must be halted to protect users.
