I have been using the same Snapchat account for over seven years, but recently, I got locked out. My phone number and email associated with the account have changed, making it challenging to reset my password. Since I can't receive a code through my old number and haven't used the email linked to the account in over a year, I'm stuck. I really want to avoid creating a new account. Is there any way to help me regain access by providing a code or allowing me to reset my password? I am hesitant to start over with a new account, so any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I need urgent assistance! My friend from the Netherlands asked me to send streaks on their behalf, but it seems like they are unavailable or facing connectivity issues. Other people have sent them streaks as well. My username is emsmithhyy, and theirs is chelsea.zornx. However, when I tried to log in, it flagged suspicious activity and won't grant me access. Hello, I recently shared a photo on my Snapchat story. I set the privacy to only allow some of my friends to view it. However, one friend sent the story to someone else. I noticed a "Triangle" icon appeared next to the "Eye" icon on her side. Can the person she sent it to view my story even if they are not my friend? Thank you for your help. 🌹

My boyfriend's account was hacked recently, and the hacker used it to send messages to underage kids, which has caused a lot of trouble. He doesn't have access to the account anymore because the password was changed. Although he created a new account, we were approached by a person claiming that inappropriate messages were sent to his daughter from the hacked account. I'm seeking help to find out who was using the hacked account and if there's a way to track the devices connected to it to possibly identify the responsible party or location. This situation is very serious, and any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

This morning, I discovered my account was logged out when I tried to access it. Despite attempting to recover it using both my phone number and email, I was unsuccessful. The phone numbers I used were not recognized, indicating they were not the verified numbers. I don't recall verifying my number before. When trying to retrieve my account via email, I was directed to an old account I had prior to my current one. It would be greatly appreciated if I could regain access to my account, as it stores all my cherished memories. My username is Sierra.x321.

This morning at around 6 am, my account was hacked. I received three different emails notifying me that the hacker logged into my account from various locations, changed the two-factor authentication, and altered the email address linked to my account. I have reached out to Snapchat support multiple times, providing my original email, birth date, and details of the last successful login device as requested. Unfortunately, I am still awaiting a follow-up email from them. I am eager for this issue to be resolved promptly.

I encountered an issue with my Snapchat account. While using it with my boyfriend, someone logged me out, changed my password, and proceeded to screenshot our conversations. After asking my friends to report the incident, I was informed that the hacker posted inappropriate content on my story. I urgently request assistance in removing the hacker from my account and recovering access. My account holds significant personal photos that I cannot afford to lose.

I'm having trouble logging into my Snapchat account. I had two accounts, one named br.ianv from 6th grade which I stopped using, and my current account bria_nv. Despite trying to reset my password and adding my phone number for verification, I am unable to access my bria_nv account even after successfully changing the password. I'm concerned because this account holds many memories, and I really need to regain access to it.

Last Saturday, my Snapchat account was temporarily locked. I was chatting with a friend when suddenly I was logged out and asked to sign in again, only to receive a message saying my account was locked. Following Snapchat's advice to wait, I tried again on Sunday evening to no avail. I even attempted to unlock it on the website, but was surprised to find my account had been permanently locked. I am puzzled as I haven't violated any guidelines by using third-party apps or engaging in spam. I rely on my account to stay connected with faraway friends, and it's frustrating not knowing why this happened.

I am trying to reset my Snapchat account password to log back in. However, when I attempt to reset it using my phone, I keep encountering an error message saying "Oops, something went wrong, try again later." I reached out to support via email, but they mentioned they couldn't assist me without my phone number and email information. I do have access to my phone number, and the email linked to my account is associated with an old account I made and forgot about (benboober82), which has since been located and deleted. I also briefly had another account (benjaminboobe19) with the same number, but I promptly deleted it. Therefore, the only account I should have is "bboober82," and the phone number linked to it is +1-[redacted].

I recently logged out of Snapchat, but upon trying to log back in, I encountered an alert for suspicious activity. I was prompted to verify my account through an email associated with my account that I have not accessed in five years. During this time, I've primarily used my phone number ([redacted]4) for account recovery, even receiving a verification code for my account "b.n015" in November [redacted]. Despite providing screenshots of this verification code and my Vodafone number to Snapchat support, I have not received a response. I urgently need access to my account as it contains important photos and videos. I am willing to provide any necessary evidence, such as the verification code sent to my phone number in [redacted], to resolve this matter swiftly.

This morning when I opened Snapchat, I realized I was logged out. Despite trying my saved password on my iPhone 8, I couldn't sign in. After attempting two usual passwords without success, I used the "forgot password" option. Unfortunately, my phone number and email weren't linked to any account. Upon checking my email, I discovered that it had been changed to a different one from New York the night before. When I tried to recover my account using a link, it had already expired. After contacting Snapchat support and providing my details promptly, I received an email instructing me to reply with more information. Despite replying within five minutes, it's now midnight and I haven't heard back. I fear the hacker may have accessed all my pictures. This is my third time submitting a complaint form, and I believe providing more details will help me get better assistance. I shared my email and password with someone who later hacked my account. I am submitting a complaint for the third time. I believe providing more details might help me get better assistance. Someone I shared my email and password with has hacked into my account. They changed the password on my Snapchat. During the process of trying to reset it, I am prompted for a verification code which the hacker is intercepting, so I am unable to regain access. The hacker is now demanding money from me. This is urgent as my Snapchat contains private information. I would appreciate prompt assistance with recovering my account. My fiancé's name is Thomas D. and his Snapchat username is nemdaednu. I have been sending him snaps while he has been in jail, but his account got hacked, and someone is reading those snaps. I suspect it might be the girl who accused him. Could you please provide me with the phone number associated with the account or any details about the changed password? He has important photos on there that he doesn't want to lose. I contacted customer support, but they couldn't help. Knowing who accessed his account might help prove his innocence. I am unable to access my account as someone changed the password. I remember the Gmail address associated with it but not the password, security questions, or alternative email. I recall the owner's name and my face being in the memories. My username was KrazyGurl_108. I clicked on a stranger's link in [redacted] and got logged out. I wish to regain access to the account as it holds memories of deceased loved ones. Please assist me in recovering the account as I am stressed and eager to revisit those memories stored there.

Despite our efforts with the school, the US Embassy, a Ugandan lawyer, and the Cyber Crimes Unit, we have not been able to pinpoint the source of these threats. The perpetrator seems to have intimate knowledge that suggests it may be a classmate of my daughter. We have diligently followed SnapChat's procedures to identify the offender, with little progress so far. Here is a timeline of the steps we have taken: 1. October 3: Incident reported to SnapChat. 2. October 10: Visited the US Embassy for advice. 3. October 21: Filed a police report with the Cyber Crimes Unit. 4. November 2: SnapChat requested a court order which was provided on November 4. 5. Despite our efforts, SnapChat has not released information, citing lack of proof from the Ugandan police. 6. We are considering escalating this issue if necessary. We are deeply concerned about our daughter's safety and urge SnapChat to cooperate promptly to resolve this security breach. Thank you for addressing this matter.

I am experiencing difficulty logging in. Approximately a month and a half ago, I changed my phone number. Today, I had to uninstall and then reinstall the Snapchat app on my device. Upon attempting to log back in, the system prompted me to use login verification, but it is trying to verify with my old phone number which is no longer available, rendering me unable to receive calls or SMS. This poses a problem as I am now locked out of my account. Is there a way to regain access without the need for login verification?
