The problem began when she logged out to let her friend use their account on her device, resulting in her account being temporarily locked. After several hours of being locked out, she created a new account using her phone number [redacted] for verification. However, a week later, the same error occurred, and she was logged out again. This cycle repeated with her latest account @paigem650, where she verified both her email and phone number, [redacted] and @[redacted], respectively.

I recently upgraded to the new iPhone 8 and encountered issues with my Snapchat account. Despite trying multiple times, the app kept crashing when I tried to log in on my new phone. I even attempted to reinstall the app and do a soft restart on my device, but the problem persisted. Surprisingly, the same issue occurred when I tried to log in on my friend's iPhone. Both of us have been unable to access our accounts for about four hours now. I'm concerned that even if I create a new Snapchat account, the same problem may occur. I've exhausted all the troubleshooting tips on various websites, and I'm running out of options.

I am having difficulty accessing my account. Every time I try to log in, my password is incorrect. I attempted to use the "forgot my password" option, but it says my email and phone number are invalid. However, when I logged in online using the same function, I was able to change my password. Despite changing it, the app still claims my password is wrong. I contacted Snapchat, but they require account verification, which I was never prompted to do. My username is calhoun_tytana, and my password used to be tytanacalhoun, but I changed it to Tytana$[redacted] to meet new requirements. Friends have mentioned someone may be using my account to message them, posing a security threat due to personal videos saved there. I need assistance regaining access to my account.

I am unable to access my Snapchat account because it has been taken over by a scammer named @tianasty2019. This individual is harassing me and has now accessed my account @opticray, pretending to be me and scamming my friends. The scammer changed the verification email to [redacted] from [redacted] and altered the phone number. Despite providing evidence of my ownership, I have received no assistance in reclaiming my account and the customer service has been unhelpful. It is unfair that I have been locked out of my account due to not being able to change the password and email promptly while I was at work. The scammer lives in Nevada, Las Vegas, whereas I reside in Dallas, Texas. I am currently using a temporary account as a result of this situation created by the scammer.

I have been repeatedly installing and uninstalling the application due to limited space on my device. The app would frequently crash, and today, when I tried to log in, I was prompted with a message about unusual activity, requiring verification through email or phone number. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the email I used over four years ago, and my phone number associated with the account is no longer active due to a faulty SIM card. My phone stopped working suddenly, and I couldn't retrieve any data from it. After switching from Samsung to iPhone, I encountered issues logging into Snapchat. When attempting to reset the password, both my mobile number and email addresses were not recognized. I've been using the same phone number for at least 15 years, and there are no other contact options linked to my account. Initially, I created an account, forgot about it, then created the "laurebartels93" account, which is the one I have been actively using. Over the weekend, I attempted to create another account for troubleshooting, leading to a total of three accounts associated with the same phone number and email. I'm hoping to regain access to my main account, where all my friends are connected, without having to start from scratch.

I have a Snapchat-related issue that I need help with. To summarize, I saw someone I knew on an adult content website and messaged them to confirm if it was really them. After some harmless communication, they blocked me on the website. We were still friends on Facebook and Snapchat until I decided to block her. She asked me to delete our Facebook messages, which I did. She then wanted me to add her on Snapchat, even though we were already friends. However, she never responded to my messages. After this interaction, my iPhone X began acting strange, possibly from a hack originating from Snapchat. I have been using computers since the year [redacted] and Snapchat since [redacted], so I am familiar with technology. But I am unsure about what may have happened and what actions can be taken.

My account, under the username C-Orford, has been hacked. Initially linked to my email [redacted], the hacker changed it to [redacted] The phone number was [redacted]2, switched to the hacker's. The original holder was Chelsea Newton-Orford, now changed to Alex Wood. It is located in Southeast London, Plumstead. Alex resides in Manchester, United Kingdom. The account was used on an iPod and iPhone. The hacker threatens to post inappropriate videos and pictures, including a misleading post kissing a 14-year-old when I am 18, on my story. Urgently requesting the account to be removed.

I mistakenly posted a picture of a minor that was inappropriate. There was no ill intention, as it was her birthday and she didn't mind. Upon being notified of the issue, I immediately logged out and the post was removed. Unfortunately, later on, I was unable to log back into my account. I sincerely apologize for the oversight and assure you it won't be repeated. I would be grateful if my account access could be reinstated.

I logged out of my account and reinstalled the Snapchat app. However, I am unable to receive the verification code as I changed my phone number and forgot to update it on the app. I also don't have my recovery code. I am unable to access the phone number linked to my Snap account. I am trying to reset my password using my email instead, which is connected to the account under mincy_2332 as [redacted] However, when I choose the email option for the code, it insists on sending it to the old number. I need to regain access through my email account rather than the outdated number.

I received text messages from two different numbers claiming my account was hacked and requesting a code. Unfortunately, after entering the code multiple times, my account was deactivated. I heard a similar story from my friend whose information got exposed after experiencing the same issue with her Snapchat account. I want to ensure my account is fully deactivated and my information is secure. My username was Hailey_wenz. I feel lost on what steps to take next to resolve this issue and protect my data.

For the last few days, I've been experiencing issues with my Snapchat. The app keeps glitching and I can only be on it for about 15 seconds before it exits and goes back to my home screen. I tried clearing data on Snapchat and deleting unnecessary items from my phone, assuming it was a storage problem. However, I couldn't log out to troubleshoot properly as my pictures needed to be backed up first, but the app wouldn't stay open long enough. After attempting various fixes, I eventually uninstalled and then reinstalled the app. Now, I'm unable to log in because it's claiming my password is incorrect, and my old phone number is associated with the account. The email linked to the account has been deactivated by AOL due to inactivity. This has left me unable to reset my password. With my birthday at midnight, I urgently need to resolve this as I'm turning 19 tonight and want to be able to share Snapchats. Please assist me.

I've noticed that over half of my saved snaps are missing from my Snapchat account. I didn't delete them; they just seem to have disappeared. Even though some of them still show up on my memories on certain days, I really need to get them back. Is there any way to retrieve them? Username: troy232

I recently had to restore my phone, resulting in the loss of all my data. I am desperate to access my Snapchat to retrieve the memories stored there. Unfortunately, I forgot my password and the phone number and email linked to my account are outdated, making it impossible to reset my password through those options. I created my Snapchat account when I was young, so the email associated with it is inaccessible. I am feeling distressed about losing everything and not being able to recover my pictures from Snapchat.
