I cant get into my Snapchat it’s been taken o*ver by a scammer who runs a scamming Snapchat named @tianasty****, she has done nothing but harass me and you guys have not helped at all!!!!!!! Now she has logged into my account @opticray and is harassing more snapchaters and my friends under MY NAME. She’s attempting to steal money by scamming my friends and pretending to be me while slandering my reputation!!!!! She’s changed my verification email to *****@***.com and changed the phone number. The original email was *****@***.com. I was attempting to verify my account as you can see in the screenshots below that was my account, that’s when she took my Snapchat from me and changed everything before I finished the process!!. I’ve been locked out of my account for almost a day now and you have done nothing to help my situation and provide terrible customer services!!! She lives in Nevada, Las Vegas while I live in Dallas Texas. My phone is a IPhone * while hers is a TCT Alcatel ****Z. I can’t contact my friends and family and have information on that Snapchat account that is very sensitive and you all have done nothing to help the situation just because I wasn’t able to change the password and email in time because I was at work!!! That’s not fair at all!!!! I’ve had to use a temporary account because of this mess!!!!!!!!!!!!****This is when she changed my email the one I’m texting from right now!!!!!*****This is her pretending to be me and ask for money from my friends and harassing them!!!!! The thing you’re not supposed to let happen. And the email she sent is not my email!!!!!***This is me right before I was hacked I was almost done with the verification process!!!!!!!!!!! ***That’s the scammer asking a friend for more money under my name while also saying untrue stuff about me!!!!!!!!!!!***This is her attempting to log into my gmail!!!!!! Which is the one I’m using right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
