I have recently been accused of having more than one Snapchat account. My phone number has been changed three times in the last month, but I have updated my number in the only account I am aware of having. My boyfriend has all four of my numbers saved in his contacts. When he goes on Snapchat to find friends by contacts, he sees an account linked to my current phone number ([redacted]). He has my old number ([redacted]) saved in his contacts, and next to it is a Bitmoji of a Black male. I'm trying to explain to him that someone else likely had that number before and did not update their account information. My original Snapchat account was created with the number [redacted]. Can you help me find a way to prove that I only have one account?

I allowed my friend to use my phone to log into his account due to his phone malfunctioning. However, after he logged out and back in, both his and my accounts got locked. I attempted to log in from other devices with no success. I use this app as my main form of communication and have numerous precious photos and videos in my memories. Additionally, many contacts are exclusive to this platform, including two friends with whom I have streaks of over [redacted] days. I am at a loss as to what to do next. I have already tried to reset my password to no avail. Can you please assist in unlocking my account? My username is rainbownadz.

Yesterday morning, I let my brother use my phone to access his Snapchat account for a ride to school. However, when I attempted to log back into my account, I realized I had forgotten my password, which I had changed over the summer. Despite trying various combinations, I have been unable to regain access. I attempted to reset my password through the "forgot password" option, but unfortunately, the linked email address ([redacted]) was created in [redacted] and subsequently deleted during high school, making it inaccessible. Furthermore, the phone number associated with the account is from a device that was broken in [redacted]/[redacted], and I no longer have that number. I never modified the security settings, naively assuming I wouldn't forget my password. Regrettably, I now realize I need assistance to recover my account since it is my primary means of communication with friends and family. I need assistance. An account has been created under my daughter's name, who is only 12 years old and not allowed on social media. I discovered it using her junior high email (calista8669). The person impersonating my daughter has caused physical harm to her, leading to fights at school. The account is challenging others to fight, creating safety concerns for my daughter. This fake account is causing her distress as teenagers believe she is sending disrespectful messages. Please delete this account promptly, as it is affecting her character, academics, and safety. I attempted to log in to my Snapchat account but was informed that my password was incorrect. After trying to reset it using both my phone number and email, which were previously verified, I encountered issues. Despite successfully changing the password on the Snapchat support website, I continued to face problems logging in. I also reached out to Snapchat via Twitter and was promised assistance via email, but did not receive any help. My Snapchat account was recently locked without any clear explanation. I recently had a troubling experience with a 19-year-old boy I met on Snapchat. We agreed to meet up, but I got scared and made up an excuse not to go. To make it up to him, I sent him nude photos and now I fear he might misuse them. When I confronted him about it, he threatened to expose the pictures unless I agreed to do something for him. Hello Theresa, I need help with an issue concerning my daughter's Snapchat streak with her friend. On September 17th, they had a streak of [redacted], with proof through screenshots. However, the streak disappeared on September 27th or 28th. Despite my daughter's request to keep the streak on that day, she received no response. Recently, I've been experiencing repeated issues with my Snapchat where my snapchats are not showing up. I decided to uninstall and reinstall the app multiple times to try and resolve the problem. I suspect my account was compromised and subsequently banned without any prior notice or explanation. I have been unable to reach anyone to clarify the situation. Losing access to my account has disrupted my ability to connect with friends nationwide. I have always abided by the platform's guidelines and am perplexed as to why this action was taken. It seems like a sudden decision as I woke up to an email stating my account was terminated without any justification provided. Hello, I am concerned about my daughter interacting with a sexual predator on Snapchat using the username PUSSYLOVER along with two emojis. This individual has been soliciting inappropriate activities from my 12-year-old special needs child, asking her to perform sexual acts and share photos. Despite not showing his face in videos, he is actively engaging in inappropriate behavior. My wife managed to capture a video from our daughter's phone as evidence, and she has since removed Snapchat from the device. I am considering involving the police, but my wife believes that deleting our daughter's account may hinder any action. I am facing an issue with my account password and email recovery process. When I try to reset my password using "Forgot My Password," I do not receive the recovery email. Despite having multiple email addresses, including Live.com, Yahoo.com, and Gmail, only one of them seems to work with the system ([redacted]). I am unable to receive the recovery email on any of my other emails. While I will have access to SMS recovery in a few weeks, I would greatly appreciate if the recovery email could be sent to my Yahoo account for the time being. Thank you.

I have submitted multiple tickets as my account has been hacked. My username is arianababe0920. The original phone number linked to the account was [redacted], and the original email was [redacted] Unfortunately, I am unable to recover my account using my email because the hacker changed both the phone number and password, and the password reset emails are being sent to a different phone number ending in [redacted]. I can provide proof from an email I received from Snapchat on May 3, [redacted], acknowledging a login from an iPhone X in Attleboro, MA, at 17:27:07 EDT. I was logged out of my Snapchat account this afternoon. I changed the password, but I can't log in because it's sending the verification code to my old number which I no longer have access to. I got a new phone and number. Without the recovery code, I'm stuck. I really need my account back as all my memories are there.
