If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

Hi I gave my phone to a friend to log into his account because his phone broke and then he logged out and then logged back in *mins later because he wanted to use it again but it said his account was locked for some reason so I just tried logging in with my account and it said my account was locked too so i tried logging in on other people phones and it still wouldn’t work and this has been going on for **hrs like I keep tryna log back in and it won’t work like sc is my main form of communication and I’ve ****s of photos and vids in my memories that I’d want and loadsa people on it that I don’t have on any other social media and have ***** day streaks with * of my best friends like Idk what to do could you please unlock my account because Ive done nothing wrong and I can't just make a new account?? my account is rainbownadz and ive tried changing my password but still no use!
