I've been experiencing issues with Snapchat on my iPhone 8 Plus for the past 3 months. Every account that attempts to log in on my phone gets locked out, which started when I logged off my own account. Even after visiting the Apple Store and having my phone reset, the problem persists. No other Snapchat accounts work on my device. I'm using the latest iOS version.

I am having trouble accessing my Snapchat account because I recently switched to a new phone and phone number due to issues with the previous phone bill not being paid. My old phone, which has my account details, is no longer accessible. I remember all the information for my account but cannot recall if I set up a recovery code. I experienced sexual harassment from a bartender who was on my Snapchat friends list. I recently deleted him and now realize I should have taken a screenshot of his message asking me to expose myself to keep another girl away. I lost access to my Snapchat account approximately 2 to 3 months ago. The account was linked to my phone number, [redacted], and an unverified email, [redacted] In an attempt to regain access, I created a new account with the same phone number but forgot the password to my original account, leaving me unable to recover it. Despite multiple emails to Snapchat for assistance, I have not received any help. The account was last active in Las Vegas and contained significant memories, including my "my eyes only" password, best friend on Snapchat, private story, and it was created in Mission, TX. This account held years of cherished memories that I am desperate to retrieve. I am seeking any possible assistance to reclaim access to this account.

Yesterday, I updated my Snapchat app, which took some time. Upon opening the app, it prompted me to enter my birth date. Unfortunately, I mistakenly entered the wrong date, resulting in the app indicating that I was 5 years old (I am actually 21 and have had my account for over 5 years). Subsequently, my account was permanently locked. I am deeply saddened by this situation as it contains cherished memories, and I am feeling helpless as I have not received any assistance from Snapchat support. I would greatly appreciate any help as I am currently feeling devastated.

Five days ago, I changed my Snapchat password. Yesterday, due to an accidental log out, I forgot my password. When trying the 'forgotten password' option, I couldn't use my phone number linked to the account, so I attempted to use my email instead. Even though the email is correct, the system claims it's invalid. My email was not verified, but a friend verified that unverified emails could still reset a password. Despite emailing Snapchat multiple times without a response after twenty-four hours, my worry has escalated because my account has vital contacts and photos. I can prove my identity and account ownership through related emails. I hope to regain access to my account as soon as possible.

I recently experienced an unexpected logout from Snapchat a few weekends ago. Upon trying to log back in, the platform prompted me to enter a verification code, which unfortunately I never received. After researching online, I learned that certain cell service providers may block short codes, so I reached out to T-Mobile for assistance. They were extremely helpful in ensuring that I could receive short codes, as I regularly use them for various apps without any issues. Despite not making any changes to my account details, such as email, username, or phone number, the verification code from Snapchat was missing. T-Mobile even initiated a case with an engineer on their end to help rectify the issue so that I could receive the necessary text from Snapchat. I've been in communication with Snapchat support, sending numerous emails, but have only received generic information about their two-way verification code, which unfortunately hasn't resolved the technical error preventing me from accessing my account.

Lately, when I open Snapchat, I'm noticing that about 70% of the time several features are not working properly. I've been patiently waiting for an update to see if this issue would be resolved, but it seems that's not the case. Some key features like accessing settings by clicking on the Bitmoji in the top left corner, the flash button not appearing when taking pictures, and trouble viewing subscription and discover stories have been persistent problems. Strangely, all these issues occur simultaneously, although occasionally everything works fine when I launch the app. My internet connection is strong, so I don't believe the problem is related to loading issues. I'm also up to date with all Snapchat updates, so I don't think it's an outdated phone causing these glitches. While not a major problem, these recurring issues are quite bothersome, and I suspect others might be facing similar challenges. Thank you for taking the time to read about this concern.

I am currently serving in the United States Army on deployment in Afghanistan for the next 8 months. Unfortunately, I got logged out of my Snapchat account a few days ago. I have my username and password, but I am unable to receive the verification code sent to my phone number since I cancelled my service while overseas. Without access to text messages, I can't retrieve the code. Is there a way to send the verification code to my email instead? I recently attempted to log into my Snapchat account from someone else's phone and got logged out. Now, when I try to login on my own phone, it shows a "could not connect" message. I'm certain the username and password are correct as I successfully logged in from another phone. I contacted Team Snapchat via email but haven't received a solution that applies to my situation. When I tried contacting them again, I received a message saying they couldn't find what I was looking for. I'm now seeking a phone number to speak with someone. My friend Jimmy's Snapchat account was hacked last night without warning. I mistakenly thought he was asking me for money for personal reasons and sent $[redacted] to the fraud account. I've already visited the bank and filed a report with the police, but they couldn't assist me in recovering the lost funds. I believe Snapchat should be responsible for not notifying users about security breaches like this and should refund the money lost due to the hack. It's frustrating to suffer a financial loss because of a situation like this, and I hope Snapchat takes responsibility for it.

I am experiencing difficulty regaining access to my Snapchat account. After attempting to reset the password via email, I realized the reset affected a different account that was created by a friend using my email. The phone number linked for password reset is no longer active, resulting in me not receiving the code necessary for access. My crush and I had a [redacted]-day streak on Snapchat. We both sent out our streaks on time, but only ours disappeared while my other friends' streaks remained. It's frustrating as we were close to a [redacted]-day streak, and he promised to take me out once we reach it. I'm upset as it wasn't anyone's fault this time, just a Snapchat glitch. I need help with my Snapchat account. There was a guy named Nestrex on my friend's list who wanted to promote his business using my account. When I refused and asked him to stop, he changed all the login information on my account, including the phone number and email associated with it. My Snapchat name is now Izzyracks, but it was originally omega_brown. The email I used to create the account is omegabrown3, but I can no longer access it. Is there a way to reset everything back to its original state or completely shut down the account so he can no longer access it? Thank you for any assistance.
