My friend and I have held the number one best friend spot on Snapchat for over 9 months. Recently, she saw someone had passed her on my account, but when I checked, she was still my number one. We both logged in and out, and we're still each other's top friend, but our emojis have reset and we lost the 2+ month emoji. Can this be fixed, please?

I had trouble accessing Snapchat as the app screen was blank. After reinstalling it, I tried to log in but had issues resetting my password. I finally managed to reset it, but when changing the password, Snapchat kept giving me an error about mismatched passwords. This has been frustrating for me, and I hope it can be resolved soon.

I encountered an issue where my Snapchat account was unexpectedly logged out, and upon trying to log back in, I received a message stating that my account was temporarily locked for 24 hours. After the designated time had passed, I attempted to log in again only to find that I may have been permanently locked out. I created a new account which was swiftly locked without any additional users added. The username for both accounts is jordo_31. I kindly request for the account to be unlocked and would appreciate an explanation for the lock to prevent future occurrences. Thank you.

I am unable to access my account because I no longer have access to the email linked to it or the phone number associated with it. I cannot remember the email I used for the account and I no longer have the phone number for it. I have important memories stored in my Snapchat account that I would like to retrieve. Despite reaching out to Snapchat via email, they have informed me that there is no way for me to recover the account, which is upsetting as I am eager to regain access to it.

My friend and I noticed today, October 7th, that the "2 month best friend emoji" on Snapchat suddenly disappeared. We usually only snap each other, so it was strange that the emoji is gone. Instead, a "best friends yellow heart" appeared, which left us confused and upset. We are seeking assistance in resolving this issue and finding a way to bring back the 2 month emoji, as we are unsure of why it disappeared in the first place.

I have an unusual request. My girlfriend and I have maintained the #1 best friends emoji (the one for two months and longer) on Snapchat for over a year, maybe even more than two years. However, a change occurred, and now on her device (I'm unsure if mine is fully updated), it shows that we only have the #1 best friend emoji, the one for a short duration. I was wondering if there was any way for you to manually restore it to what it was before. If it was my phone, I would simply change the default emoji back and move on, but my girlfriend is very upset about this situation. Any help you can provide would mean a lot to us. I'm having trouble verifying my Snapchat account with my phone number. The system is flagging it for suspicious activity. A while ago, I accidentally violated community guidelines. I created a separate account to send messages to myself for a story I was writing about bullying. I only did this to capture screenshots to illustrate the character's experience. Regrettably, I didn't consider the implications of my actions. I assure you that I never intended to share the content with anyone else. Is there a way to remove the block on my phone number so I can verify my account?

My boyfriend and I have been maintaining the "Super BFF Heart" (the double pink hearts) for over a year without any breaks. However, on October 7th, [redacted], he noticed that we no longer had it. Upon checking my Snapchat, I still had it, but within 3 minutes, my pink heart turned into a yellow heart even though we still remained each other's top BFFs. I believe this is a glitch or mistake on Snapchat's part, and I would appreciate it if this could be resolved promptly. We put a lot of effort into maintaining that pink heart for over a year, and it feels unfair to lose it without cause. My Snapchat username is booboo0192, and his is dominick9000. My Snapchat best friend and I were demoted from "Super BFF" status to just "besties" today. We use the app frequently and no one else has moved up in our list. We're confused because we talk nonstop on Snapchat. We both hope to find a solution to this issue.

I have encountered a problem with My Eyes Only on Snapchat. Some of the pictures and videos are not appearing properly when I try to access them. They won't load, and when I attempt to view them, they fast forward and show a black screen. I've tried moving them back to my camera roll, but it keeps failing. I've already updated Snapchat and cleared the cache, but the issue persists. I didn't delete anything intentionally, and I'm worried because I had important content stored there. My girlfriend and I recently lost our red heart status on Snapchat, which signifies being each other's best friend for a while. It turned into a yellow heart, and we were close to getting the pink heart for two months. We communicate most frequently, and it's unlikely that someone else suddenly surpassed her on my friends list without me noticing the heart change. Our Snapchats are tcentamore76 and clshaffery. Hello, my best friend and I both had the pink heart on Snapchat. We mainly snap each other, so we're confused how we lost the pink heart suddenly. It changed straight to the yellow heart. For more than two years, my friend and I have maintained the "2 months as number one best friends" heart on Snapchat. Suddenly, today it reverted back to the original yellow heart symbolizing just becoming #1 best friends. Despite this change, we are still each other's top best friend on both of our lists. This also happened to another acquaintance of mine with the red heart today. I'm unsure if this is a glitch. Can the 2-month heart be restored?

I am having trouble accessing my Snap account. I remember my username, but I don't have the password. The emails I have linked to the account are no longer accessible, possibly because I changed my number without verifying the email addresses. Every time I try to reset the password using my old email, it doesn't work. I do remember the phone number associated with the very first account but it's no longer in use. For the past week, I've been experiencing consistent issues with my iPod 6th generation running iOS. Specifically, when I close Snapchat from the background and reopen it, the app crashes. The camera switching and flash options disappear, along with the Bitmoji icon on the top left corner not functioning when clicked. Additionally, the chats and stories buttons are unresponsive, requiring me to slide through them. The search bar is also not working properly. While reinstalling the app temporarily resolves the problems, as soon as I close Snapchat from the background apps, the same issues reoccur.

Good morning Snapchat Support, I have been trying to get assistance via email, but all I receive in response is a support ticket ID. Could you please clarify how I can proceed with that? Yesterday, I logged out of my account and when I attempted to log back in about 20 minutes later, the system prompted me for a verification code due to this being a "new device" and because I updated my password recently. As my phone number on file is outdated, I tried using a different code received on my old phone but it did not work. I attempted two different codes from my old phone without success. I am concerned that I may have locked myself out of my account completely. Despite changing my password as advised in the initial email response, I still cannot access my account. I am reaching out for help as this situation is causing me significant stress since Snapchat is my main way of staying in touch with friends and holds many important memories for me. Lately, I've been receiving multiple reports on Snapchat from individuals who are not supportive of me. Consequently, I've been placed on a 10-message cool down due to alleged violations of the community guidelines. However, I believe these reports are unjust as I haven't engaged in any inappropriate behavior that goes against the guidelines. These reports are solely coming from people who dislike me on Snapchat. With over 11k followers, I am concerned that my account may be at risk of being banned. I find it perplexing that Snapchat acts on these reports without verifying the validity of the claims made against me. It's disheartening to see my account being jeopardized because of false reports from a handful of detractors. Despite receiving reports from critics, I have a substantial following of supporters. I kindly request guidance on this matter as I fear the possibility of losing my account. Thank you. ❤️

I am experiencing an issue with my Snapchat account being locked. I have reviewed the possible reasons for the lock and found that I have not violated any rules. I need assistance with deleting my account due to safety concerns involving my ex who has a 10-year restraining order against him.
