I was engaged in sending streaks to my friend Chase when I encountered login issues on my account around 9 P.M. I couldn't access Chase's account, possibly due to a wrong password. However, when I tried again this morning, I found myself logged out. Despite my attempts to reset my password, I couldn't proceed because the system declared my email invalid and my phone number unverified. I only have the one number. I've tried to troubleshoot using Snap's website, but found no solutions. I suspect my account was hacked, with all my personal information changed. I'm hopeful that the Snapchat team can help me recover my account.

My Snapchat keeps crashing intermittently. It functions well for about 5 minutes, but when I try to view someone's story, it fails to open, leading me to reinstall the app. After reinstalling, it works fine briefly before the crashing resumes. I've verified my internet connection, reinstalled the app, and restarted my phone, but the problem persists. I am unsure of the cause. I have enjoyed using Snapchat, but if this issue continues, I may have to abandon the app altogether.

We collaborate with the Cancer Patients Aids Association (CPAA) aiding cancer patients nationwide. I received a message from my phone that claimed to be Snapchat support even though I hadn't reported any issues yet. The message asked for a verification code, which I provided. After that, I found myself logged out of Snapchat. When I tried to log back in, it said my password was incorrect. I then attempted to reset my password, but the system said that the number and email associated with the account were wrong, despite providing the correct information. It seems like I am now locked out of my account.

I am writing to report an issue with my account being randomly locked out three days ago. Following the instructions provided to wait 24 hours, I did so. In the meantime, I created another account. Upon attempting to access my main account after the 24-hour period, I discovered it was still locked. Subsequently, my second account was also locked. This cycle repeated as I made yet another account, only to find it locked after 24 hours, while my main account remains inaccessible. I am unsure as to why this has occurred, as I have not engaged in any prohibited activities. I am seeking assistance in unlocking my account promptly, as there are important connections on it that I need to regain access to. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

After reinstalling Snapchat on my device, I encountered an issue with the two-step verification since I am currently in the US and can't receive the verification code on my Pakistani number ending in +[redacted]04. I remember my password and have access to my email. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter so I can regain access to my account where all my close friends are. I recently upgraded my phone and my old device is still linked to my old phone number from when I lived in Korea. Since I don't remember having a recovery code, I'm unable to access my account because it's asking for my old phone number which I no longer have. I really need to get into my account, but all I have is my email address, which I've provided below. My username is "roverrock." I didn't understand how Snapchat security worked, and now I'm facing this issue. I hope there's a way to recover my account using my email in this situation.

I am unable to access my Snapchat account with the username q2_irving. Hello, my name is Rory Brown, and I work in supported accommodation for vulnerable young people. I am reaching out because one of our residents is facing an issue with her Snapchat account. Her ex-partner has hacked the account, changed the email and phone number settings, and is impersonating her, causing emotional distress. He is using the account as a means to manipulate her into getting back together with him. My daughter's father has changed the password for her Snapchat account. She is unable to access it, and he is unwilling to share the new password. Is there a way to recover her account since he initially set it up on his phone? As a Snapchat user, I have had 3 accounts since the age of 13, and I am now 21. One of my accounts, created when I was 15-16, holds precious memories including photos of loved ones who have passed away. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the email associated with that account, but I remember the phone number linked to it. Due to personal reasons, I no longer have that phone number. Although I know I should have updated my account information, it slipped my mind. I just hope to regain access to my account with the username @heyybay_itsjazz.

I am experiencing a sudden issue with my Snapchat account. I received an email stating that my account was locked for safety reasons due to an autodetection by Snapchat.
