I have a pressing query about story scheduling on Ranker.com. Normally, we release 3 stories per week and I schedule them to go live the following morning. When I search for 'Rankworthy', the most recent story usually appears at the top post-launch. However, we recently began pre-building stories. Even though I built Episode 10 five days ago and scheduled it to launch today, it did not appear at the top as expected. I suspect it may be due to the order in which stories are listed based on episode numbers rather than when they launch. This raises concern that even if I pre-build and schedule stories for different times, they might follow the sequential order by episode number instead of being boosted to the top upon launching. Can you clarify this for me? Should we align the launch orders with the episode numbers to ensure stories get boosted to the top as intended?

I need access to my old Snapchat account, which I haven't used in over a year since getting a new phone. There are precious pictures on it of family members who have passed away that I can never retrieve if lost. Unfortunately, I don't remember my email password to log in, and I can't receive a verification code as my phone number has changed. I remember my Snapchat username, but not the password. I am desperate to recover the account and the unique pictures stored on it. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.

My 13-year-old daughter's Snapchat and email have been hacked. A new account was created with her email, and despite multiple attempts to reset the password, I am unable to access the account. I am worried about the hackers having access to her contacts and possibly her phone number. This is concerning as both parties are young teenagers and need to be protected. I have followed the steps on the website but encountered issues, especially when using the computer as it freezes. I investigated further after receiving an email notifying me of the password change, and the IP address appears to be from Salt Lake City. Someone messaged me from my friend's account requesting my password. Assuming it was my friend, I shared my information. When I attempted to log into Snapchat later, my password was invalid. I contacted my friend only to discover she did not receive my password. I tried to reset my email but found out the hackers altered my email and phone number linked to the account. I'm unable to access my account as a result. The hackers have shared nude pictures from my Snapchat memories and are demanding payment for them in cash apps.

My daughter's Snapchat account under the username Amiya_santiago has been hacked. This has been happening for the past four hours. She has been a loyal Snapchat user since 5th grade and is now a junior in high school. The password and email associated with her account have been changed. Hi, I would like assistance with deleting an old Snapchat account, "jassssss.c," that my daughter used around three years ago. She created a new account, "jasmiinecortez," after being unable to access the old one. Someone is currently pretending to be my daughter on the old account "jassssss.c," and we are concerned because they are harassing other children. We kindly request that you delete the account "jassssss.c" as it does not belong to my daughter, who now uses "jasmiinecortez" with updated information. I recently got an email notifying me of a log-in from Valemont, Canada, on my account, indicating that my password was altered and my account was set for deletion. Despite my efforts to reset my password, the system is stating that the email I provided is incorrect, and I no longer possess the linked phone number. Initially, my account was associated with [redacted] and the phone number [redacted]. Regrettably, I am locked out of my account and suspect that the email settings were tampered with during the breach.

After relocating to a new country, I had to update my phone. Following the update, I encountered issues with Snapchat as it kept crashing, prompting me to uninstall and reinstall the app. Upon attempting to log back in, I faced a hurdle during the phone number verification process as it listed my previous United States number which is now inactive. After moving to a new country, I updated my phone which caused Snapchat to crash constantly. To try and resolve this issue, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. When I attempted to log back in, it insisted on verifying my phone number. However, it's requesting my old U.S. number which is no longer in service, leaving me unable to access my Snapchat account. I'm at a loss on how to proceed. Is there any solution to this problem?

I asked a friend to post some t-shirts and bracelets for sale on Snapchat on behalf of my aunt. He lives about 30 minutes away from me. He promised to send me money through Cash App after posting the items, but I received an email from Snapchat saying that my phone number and password were changed. Now, when I attempt to recover my account, the recovery code gets sent to his phone number.

Yesterday, I logged out of my Snapchat account to concentrate on work. When I tried to log back in, my username and password were correct, but it's sending a verification code to my old phone number which I no longer have access to. I have a new number now and can't receive the code. I attempted to use my recovery code from a screenshot in my photos, but it's repeatedly telling me it's invalid. A few weeks ago, when I tried to access my account, I received a message saying it was temporarily locked. After following the link to unlock it, I found out my account had been permanently locked. I briefly used a third-party Snapchat app which I have since removed from my phone. Unknowingly, the app was still in my Settings, and now my boyfriend has removed it completely. I am hoping to recover my account.

After logging out of Snapchat to address a bug with a chat not loading, I encountered an unexpected problem upon logging back in. Hello, I am experiencing some problems with my Snapchat account. When I opened the app, I noticed that all my friends were missing from the screen when I swiped to them. Even though I sent a snap to someone successfully, there was no notification or content when I checked later. I tried logging out and back in, but the issue persisted with all my friends disappearing once more. I am unable to see my friends or receive snaps, even though I can still send them and view Snapchat stories.

I'm having difficulty accessing my Snapchat account. My username is betty_lou04. I recently changed my phone number to ([redacted]) and my phone was reset. When trying to log in, Snapchat is asking for a recovery code, which is being sent to my old number ([redacted]). I've had my Snapchat account for years with contacts from the US. I recently moved to Europe and changed phones without issues.
