I'm having trouble accessing my account named sadiaaaa_xx. I logged out to save storage and now I can't log back in. The message prompts me to verify my account using my old phone number, which I no longer have. I've changed my number, so I can't receive the verification code and I'm worried about losing my streaks and photos.

This guy named Matthew won't stop bothering me to send him naked pictures of myself. When I refused, he started sending me his own nude photos and videos of him having sex with other people. He even resorted to calling me homophobic slurs after I told him I'm a lesbian. I want his account deactivated because this has been going on for too long. His username is @matthewlivings. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly.

Last Friday, August 9th, I had trouble accessing my Snapchat account and initially chalked it up to a poor connection or a common glitch. However, a friend called me later inquiring about a possible hack on my account. She mentioned that someone using an android device had posted a suspicious message on my Snapchat story offering $10 to whoever guessed their "eyes only password," including those who knew them personally. Another friend also approached me with a screenshot of the hacker's message for confirmation.

Hi everyone, I recently went out with my cousin whom I hadn't seen in a long time, and we took a lot of photos and videos at C3 mall without having access to WiFi. We saved them in memories instead of the camera roll. Later, when I got home, I tried to save them using my WiFi assuming they would back up automatically, but after logging back into my account, they were not there. I even tried reinstalling Snapchat, but the pictures and videos weren't there. Upon checking my files and going through the android data, I couldn't find the com.snapchat folder. This was meant to be a cherished memory as we hadn't seen each other in years.

My girlfriend mentioned she was going to the county fair around 8:30 on 8/09, driving with a friend on the direct route. Her location showed her 30 miles off track, which caused a big fight as it seemed like she was lying. Shortly after, she sent snaps from the fair, seemingly impossible if she was where her location showed 30 miles away. I was angry and didn't check the snaps. Could this all be a misunderstanding?

Hello! I am reaching out because my business's Snapchat account has been unexpectedly locked. The issue arose after using the auto-forward feature in Snaplytics, a tool I've used multiple times in the past without any problems. However, this time, the account was suddenly locked. I am facing difficulty with the verification code I have since it is not working. The account is associated with a landline phone, so I am unable to receive a new code via message. As a result, I am unable to access the account to make any necessary fixes. I am also unable to link a verification app since I am unable to access the Snapchat app. Moreover, I am unable to delete the account as a potential solution. Although it would mean losing our followers, I am willing to take that step. However, creating a new account is not an option as our business name is already in use. Hello Snapchat Team, I unintentionally created an issue that I've been unsuccessful in resolving for months. I have been traveling the world since May 21st. After a month, I canceled my T-Mobile number ([redacted]) that was linked to my Snapchat account as I no longer needed it. Throughout my trip, I used Snapchat to save memories instead of using my phone's storage space. Unfortunately, in July, I lost all my cell phone data following a factory reset. When I reinstalled Snapchat and tried to log in, I was prompted for a verification code sent to my old number, which I no longer had access to. T-Mobile informed me that the number was reassigned, making it impossible to retrieve the code. Despite my efforts to reach out to the new owner, I have been unsuccessful. I reached out to you in hopes of verifying my account through alternative methods as I possess all relevant personal details to verify my ownership and urgently need access to the memories stored on the platform. If there is any other way for me to regain entry to my account, please advise.

I recently received an email informing me that my Snapchat account has been locked. Hello! This morning, I discovered that I was locked out of my Snapchat account and received an email notification about it. I want to clarify that I am innocent as I rarely use Snapchat for posting stories, mainly just for chatting with friends. I heavily rely on Snapchat for communication and it would be devastating to be permanently banned for reasons I am not aware of. I make sure to adhere strictly to the terms of service and guidelines provided by Snapchat. I have never encountered any issues with the platform before. I come from a family of 4 brothers and a younger sister. If any member of my family has violated any rules, I hope to be held accountable only for my actions. I cope with daily struggles of depression and anxiety by taking Zoloft. Facing this account lockout issue unnecessarily adds to my existing challenges. I kindly request a review of my situation and the unlocking of my account. Losing the streaks with my loved ones on Snapchat would be very upsetting for me. I've already sent an email approximately 20 minutes ago, but when I attempt to use the "unlock" link, it shows "user not found." I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

My friend and I swapped accounts temporarily, and while doing so, I changed my password for security. However, after encountering issues with access, I changed my password and also modified the "my eyes only" password in my Snapchat. I later realized my account was locked, but upon deleting the password screenshot, it unlocked. Despite this, I keep facing password errors, and the email associated with my account is not being recognized. I am desperate to regain access to my account "itsmeluna4" without starting anew. If I do get locked out, please assist me in recovery. Additionally, I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide me with a list of usernames from my previous Snapchat connections.

Hello Snapchat Team, I'm experiencing difficulty accessing my two Snapchat accounts. I regularly switch between them and recently logged out of one. It mentions a temporary lock, but I need to know how long this will last as I need to contact my friends soon. I don't use third-party apps, my email is verified, and I'm not involved in any scams. Hello, I go by the username vsadia on Snapchat. This morning, I attempted to log into my Snapchat account but received an error stating that my password was incorrect. Subsequently, I tried to reset my password, but after entering my phone number and email address, I was informed that they were invalid. Upon checking my email, I discovered a message from Snapchat stating that my account had been locked due to spam activity, which is not the case as no reports were made against my account. Following the provided link to unlock my account, I encountered an error message stating, "User not find." This situation caused me great distress as I have important photos stored in my account. Hello, I woke up this morning to find that my Snapchat account had been logged out. Initially, I assumed it was an accidental log out on my end. However, after multiple unsuccessful login attempts, it became clear that my account had been compromised. My Snapchat username is "hpaige458" and I was locked out of my account last night. When I tried to log back in, it said I was temporarily locked out initially, then it stated my email or password was incorrect, even though I knew it was correct. I attempted to reset my password, but I can't remember the email I used because it was not my usual one. Also, the phone number linked to my account is outdated because I have a new phone now. Despite my efforts, my friends tell me my account seems to have disappeared entirely. Can you please assist me in finding out the email I used or updating it to my new phone number so I can regain access to my account? Snapchat is my primary way of communication, and I would be disappointed not to be able to use it.

However, when she tried to enter her username or email, it was flagged as invalid. She is unable to access her account even through her registered email or phone number.
