I was trying to recover my account after it has been hacked. ... Hello,**I replied to an email with this already but I seem to get a quicker response on here, which is also incredibly disrespectful. Do not have a reply on your emails if you aren’t going to reply. I’ve sent you all two replies now since **am this morning and got no response. You only reply to this. So here we go. I have not given my information out to anybody. I am actually very frustrated with how unconcerned Snapchat is about somebody hacking my account. I don’t appreciate it. ALL of my memories, photos and videos are on my account as you know since you are in charge of keeping Snapchat from falling apart. Someone stole my account without my authorization and could be making fake accounts of me or posting my videos and photos I don’t want shared to social media sites. I understand my account is now deactivated and it will delete in ** days this is not my fault it is deactivated. I did not do this. Either delete the Snapchat right now or recover it for me ASAP with the appropriate email: *****@***.com! I am honestly so shocked that the level of importance for my Snapchat is so inconsiderably low for you. I thought Snapchats company was better than this. Please fix the account and change it back to my email so I can change he password. If you can’t do that, delete the account and I will make a new one and you will recover my streaks. That this is an invasion of privacy. My private information has been compromised. All of the photos and videos that I had privately shared with family on Snapchat is now out there that anyone can use, share or even hurt my reputation by putting my name with false information*pictures.

I want snapchat to recover my account. Put it back to my original information so this other person can not use it. I even have an IP address, location and the email this person used.
