I am in a very sticky situation with my account. I will create a timeline of events in the hopes that it makes sense, but in summary this is going to be me asking for an account recovery due an obvious hacking where all of my account details have been changed.**My account name is anna.grundy, but the email provided above was not the one associated with the account. Unfortunately, the email address that was associated was never fully verified as that email account was compromised before I had the chance to change it. My phone number, however, was verified and since Snapchat is such a large and successful internet company, I didn't rush to change the email address as I thought that this would've been safe enough. **Last Thursday **th May, my snapchat account was logged out and the password changed. I used my mobile number, as listed above, to change the password. The same thing however then happened again. I deleted and redownloaded the app before proceding to change the password again. It then happened for a third time. I contacted snapchat support immediately, but heard nothing back, which was extremely disappointing.**I used my account at *.** this morning (May **th) to send a few messages. I then didn't attempt to use the app until **am where I realised it had again logged me out. This time however, it said that my mobile number wasn't the one verified on the account, meaning that not only had the hacker changed my password, but now my phone number too. I would therefore imagine the email address has also been changed.**I understand that now I do not know what phone number or email is verfied on the account, but I believe there is some way that you can trace a change in phone number and send me something that will allow me to reset my password and reaccess my account. I have read many reviews saying you have been able to recover accounts in similar situations.**This account has many personal photos and messages saved onto it that I can't lose and really, really need recovered. Since this whole thing could have been prevented if I had received a response back on Thursday when the initial unusal activity was noticed, I would expect and highly appreciate you recovering this account.**I have been in touch multiple times now and still haven't heard anything back, which isn't an issue I've had with snap support before:( this is extremely stressful for me, please help!**Many thanks in advance, this would mean a great deal to me,
