I need help with my hacked Snapchat account. A friend messaged me, but it was not her, as her account got hacked. They are asking me to like folders on Snapchat circles for their artwork. The hackers changed the email and phone number associated with my account in settings and have access to codes to make changes. They also hacked my email and Instagram accounts, making it impossible for me to reset anything, especially since they changed the email on the account. I suspect they changed it to [redacted], which is not my email. I have essential photos and videos of my son on my Snapchat as my old phone broke, and this is the only way I have those memories. Additionally, there are inappropriate pictures that the hackers have threatened others with.

During my recent vacation with friends, I made sure to capture every moment by saving all the snaps I took. However, when a friend logged into their Snapchat account on my phone, upon logging back in, I discovered all my saved memories were deleted. This has truly dampened my holiday experience and left me feeling down when I should have been enjoying myself. Despite reaching out to Snapchat multiple times, I have not received any responses. I am baffled by the purpose of the save button if it doesn't retain the snaps. I am hoping Snapchat can restore my saved photos or remove the save feature altogether, as it feels deceptive. I kindly request the retrieval of my saved photos.

My Snapchat account has been hacked, and someone is using it to scam others. I haven't been able to log in for the past two days as the hacker removed my phone number and email from the account. The hacker is posting photos and videos of large sums of money on my story and messaging people to lure them into a money-making scheme, asking for their bank details. Regrettably, three people fell for the scam and had money stolen from their accounts. Despite my efforts and multiple reports, Snapchat has not responded or taken any action. I am extremely worried and disappointed by their lack of action. I hope the account can be deleted, but if not, I will have to involve the authorities.

Today, my friend contacted me about a nude photo posted on my story. Fortunately, this occurred while I was on my work break. Just before that, I was prompted to log in which was unusual as well. It seems someone has obtained my account details somehow. I never share passwords or emails with anyone. I swiftly deleted the post, but I store very personal photos on Snapchat and my camera roll, including sentimental family images. I've received emails before about unauthorized access, but this time, there was no alert. It's concerning that my secure account was breached, leading to private photos being shared publicly. I am deeply unsatisfied with this breach of privacy and will inform my friends, family, and social media contacts about this unreliable service. I am facing an issue with my password for my Snapchat account. Despite entering the correct username and password, the system claims the password is incorrect. When attempting to reset the password by providing my phone number, it prompts me that it’s not the correct number used before. I then tried to reset via email, which was also flagged as incorrect. After going through the password reset process multiple times, including entering the verification code sent to my phone, I managed to change the password. However, upon entering the new password, I was brought back to the beginning and informed that the new password was incorrect. I've reset my password several times, but each time I try to log in with the new password, it says "that is not the right password." I need to regain access to my account. Can you assist in resetting my password and help me understand why the new password isn't working despite resetting it multiple times? I hope to resolve this issue so that the new password allows me to log in successfully as intended after the reset attempts.

My Snapchat account has been hacked. Despite reaching out to Snapchat support and changing my password, a hacker managed to access my account around 2:31 AM. This person, under the username "nnmmd1," has been using my email to reset my password and is interacting with the help site. I am frustrated by the lack of thorough investigation by Jamie from Snapchat support, who seems to overlook the false screenshots provided by the hacker. The hacker is even responding to messages using my email. I have already updated my email passwords and am considering creating a new Snapchat account linked to a different email. The issue is that Snapchat insists on using my original (hacked) email for verification. I am concerned that if I reset my password through Snapchat, the hacker might gain access again since they control my email. Is there a way to switch my Snapchat account to my newer email address instead? I am eager to resolve this and would appreciate speaking with a representative over the phone.

I created a new account because my old one had too many people added. I tried to add those contacts back, but I couldn't remember my password. After using the "forgot your password" option and creating a new password several times, I still couldn't access my account. Even the new passwords I used were different and unfamiliar. Later on, when I attempted to sign in to my new account, I faced the same issue. I'm positive I entered the correct password each time, but still couldn't log in successfully.

My Snapchat has been compromised, along with my Instagram and Hotmail accounts. Despite changing the password for Snapchat and updating my email and phone number, the hackers have managed to alter the information and lock me out again. I am unable to log in as it shows 'invalid username/password', indicating they have changed it successfully. I urgently need my Snapchat account "sabiha95" to be permanently deleted to prevent any further unauthorized access. The hackers are posting personal content from my Snapchat memories and may be attempting to impersonate me to target others. This evening, after I sent my streaks, a girl I recently started streaks with replayed and screenshot my snap. The snap contained a picture of me. Even though she is not someone I communicate with much and we are not close "friends," I was taken aback. About a year ago, I had a disagreement with her best friend that didn't end well. I asked her why she took a screenshot of my snap, but she declined to provide a reason. I worry she might be using my image for bullying purposes, possibly sharing it with her best friend to use against me. Her refusal to explain her actions leads me to believe she could be engaging in bullying behavior. Due to past experiences where her best friend spoke negatively about me, I fear it could happen again. I am hoping to determine if she has shared the picture in any chats or private stories. I was using my iPhone 5s, which has become a bit sluggish due to its age. During a FaceTime call, I tried to open Snapchat but it took a long time to load with both apps running. Suddenly, my phone restarted to the apple boot logo. After restarting, I found myself logged out of Snapchat. Despite having my login information saved, it now says it's incorrect. I shared a story on Snapchat, and I noticed some oddities when checking who viewed it. My friends' names, as I have them saved, appeared correctly at first. However, upon revisiting the viewer list, I saw both the name I have them saved as and another name they go by, each with different usernames. It's like two separate profiles of the same person trying to view my story, despite us already being friends. For instance, my friend "Paul M." showed up as a viewer, but there was also a "paul" prompting me to add them as a friend, even though we're already connected. This issue is causing duplicates of the same person in my viewer list. Additionally, the bitmojis of the viewers have vanished. It's quite perplexing, and I'm seeking assistance to resolve this situation.

My daughter's photo, showing a partially uncovered chest, was shared without consent on Snapchat by a hacked account named "accy_skanks." The owner of the hacked account contacted my daughter at 3 am to inform her about this violation, causing distress and anxiety. The content is inappropriate and could have legal consequences. I am unable to access my Snapchat account. I have the username but seemed to have forgotten the password. Due to using a few different passwords, I may have made an error during the login. After being inactive for some time, I fear my account might be locked. Although I believe I know the associated email and phone number, unfortunately, I cannot access them. I am certain my account still exists because I created a test profile and could find my original one with its Bitmoji intact. Even though I possess most of the necessary information for recovery, I lack the means to access the recovery methods. Is there any way to verify my identity without the password? Losing all my photos and memories on Snapchat would be devastating to me.

My iPhone 6 has failed, and unfortunately, I saved all my account passwords on that device. I've been trying to log in to my Snapchat account on an Android device, but without success. When I tried to change my password using my linked phone number, I received a recovery code for a new account with a new username that I didn't create. I then attempted to change my password using the linked email address, but the recovery webpage kept saying that the email address is invalid. I find this situation absurd since I have emails from the Snapchat support team addressed to my linked email and my account name, which I can no longer access. This is beyond frustrating as I'm at risk of losing my [redacted]-day streaks, contacts unique to Snapchat, and precious photos. Despite reaching out to the Snapchat helpdesk, they mentioned they couldn't intervene for privacy reasons, although I believe the issue lies with them as my correct username, password, phone number, and email aren't facilitating a password reset.
