I logged out of my account. When I tried to log back in, it would not take my password so I reset it. Once I logged in, my memories were completely empty and my Bitmoji was gone. The username was also wrong. It was one that I used prior to setting up the snap that I have used up until now. It’s literally not the same account, but apparently is operated by the same email. I have emails proving that my username is what I have been using and when my friends pull me up on their snap, it shows my real username and has my Bitmoji. Please tell me this can be fixed.
