I have deactivated my account as I wanted a little break and have been trying to regain access to it but have been unable to log back in with the username*email and password. I am *** percent sure that it is correct so I am unsure why it is not allowing me I get the below message (please see the picture) *Please can you help me regain access to it as I would be really sad if it gets deleted. I can provide you with my username and password if you require.
