The issue in GetHuman-wlena's own words
I tried to log in to my Snapchat account on my new phone, but it says I have to put in a code that was sent to my old phone number. I don't have my old phone, soo I that means I can't log in to my account! I think Snapchat should have another way of verifying the person is the owner of that account or something like that. Maybe email? The email that the person has connected with that account should be another alternative. Email the code or a link. Anything! Seriously, people won't always have the phone they signed up with right next to them. Is there something I missed in settings on the app? If so, it definitely wasn't clear. Hopefully, I can get some help with this. Please consider changing the "verify this device" thing. Thank you.
