My account keeps being accessed by someone else's phone in another state. I've changed my password several times to randomly generated sequences of ** characters or more, added *-factor auth, and nothing keeps them out. I think you need to require mobile apps to log in again after password changes.**More importantly, I think it's literally impossible to contact Snapchat customer support through your website. This is a serious problem for me.
GetHuman-jmathes did not yet indicate what Snapchat should do to make this right.
