My phone was stolen several months ago and when I got a new snapchat it said my password was incorrect which I know for a fact is not true. When I typed forgot password and gave my phone number and email the account that was sent to my email to reset the password for was for s*melgar* (my real account was s*melgar) I'm not sure why this is the case or what is wrong since that is the only email I've used and I only have one phone number. In any case I just created a new account but I just had an immediate family member pass away and had many many pictures and videos of them saved on my snapchat that I no longer have. Is there any way for me to retrieve these?
