Good Afternoon,* My name is Michael. I just recently bought a pair of Snapchat Spectacles at a Purdue bookstore. I was so excited to charge them and use them. I got a pair of the original spectacles (the Coral Pair). I unboxed the Spectacles and found that the Specs charge fine but the charging case won’t charge at all. There is no plastic in the way nor dust. I then later went to see if I could make a return online but I need an order ID but I was never given one because I did not order these online nor was there an ID on the receipt. I was just emailing you to see what the process is for getting a new charging case. I have also tried holding the button on the case for **-** seconds and nothing has seemed to work.
