Hi there,**Since switching from iPhone to my current OnePlus * I have been experiencing connectivity issues with your app. It will work fine for a few hours at a time before all snaps that my account receives cease to appear on my phone, and all snaps that I attempt to send out fail. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app fixes this issue but this is not a viable long term solution in my eyes considering the regularity of the issue. At the moment I have no idea how to fix this problem, having already tried the common fixes listed online for similar issues multiple times. Snapchat is the only app that I have this recurring issue with. Any support you can give me is greatly appreciated.**Kind Regards, Matthew
