I got a new phone and went to log in and they wanted to verify. That would be fine except I don’t have that number anymore! This is insane! I logged in with the correct email and password. Also my email is still the same as information Snapchat has so why is the only option to send a code to her phone number I do not have anymore? This can’t seriously be your policy? I was told that nothing can be done and I would have to make a new account. This is completely unacceptable! I will not except that as an answer, I have pictures and videos of my recently deceased mother on my Snapchat as well as pictures of my son with my deceased mother and our trip to Disney etc. These are completely in valuable and I will Not lose them over an extremely flawed a policy that needs to be revisited and the complete ineptitude and snap chats part to not think this policy through. This should be an easy undertaking for any person in IT as I said I will not except that I have lost all of my data as a response
