I saved a video snap to my memories intending to post it on a private story. However, when I checked later, it was not in my story or my memories. I didn't send it to anyone else, so it should be the most recent memory at the top of my list. But I can only see a tiny preview with a timestamp when I click on the memories icon on the main camera screen. I really want to retrieve this important memory. Can someone please help me locate it within Snapchat?

I am experiencing ongoing issues with receiving multiple emails related to a Snapchat account that is not mine. The account associated with [redacted] is not mine, and I do not have an iPhone or live in Dallas. Despite clicking on the link to report that the account is not mine, the website displays an error. I kindly request that you block my email address to prevent further unwanted notifications. The repeated messages include account creation and deletion notifications that do not pertain to me. I have attached copies of the three most recent emails for your reference. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly.

I have been using Snapchat for many years now and find it very convenient for staying in touch with friends. Lately, I've noticed some frustration as my boyfriend doesn't seem to appear on my best friend list, despite us snapping each other constantly. In the nine months we've been dating, he has rarely made it to the list, and even when he did, he was at the bottom for only a short period. I'm hoping there is a way for Snapchat to update my best friend list to reflect the frequency of our interactions. My username is shannon.north and his is joe_wharty.

I have been using Snapchat for a long time and find it very convenient for keeping in touch with friends. Lately, I have noticed that my best friend list doesn't seem to accurately reflect the people I chat with frequently. While visiting a friend over the weekend, I diligently maintained my streaks despite the poor Wi-Fi connection at their place. I made sure to go to an LTE zone to ensure they were sent. Upon returning home, all my streaks were intact without the hourglass icon. However, the following morning, most of my streaks vanished, leaving only two remaining. It's distressing as I had long-standing streaks that I worked hard to maintain every day. I am puzzled by their sudden disappearance and would appreciate any guidance on how to retrieve my lost streaks.

My friend H. and I (A. S.) had a streak of *** on Snapchat. We put in a lot of effort to keep it going by snapping each other daily. While I have lost streaks accidentally before, this time it was due to an error with our Snapchat apps, which caused our streak to end. I really hope to resolve this issue because maintaining our streak is important to us. I used the screen name kd9598 on Snapchat about 2 years ago, but I rarely used the app. Today, my ex-husband accused me of messaging his girlfriend on Snapchat, causing a lot of trouble. I suspect my brother, Robert Konkus Jr., might have signed up using my information and is harassing them. I am not familiar with Snapchat and am unsure if someone else is using my info. The girlfriend's name is Shannon L. Westfall from Mississippi, and I reside in Henderson TN, while my brother lives in Finger TN. I am considering legal action if he indeed signed up with my details. My ex believes the account name might be #jeKK4ever16. Interestingly, my current boyfriend's initials are JE, and mine are KD (previously KK). I have a few specific questions: Does clearing a conversation delete all history permanently? If a friend blocks me or removes me, does the chat history disappear entirely? If neither of these methods clears all chat history permanently, how can I achieve this, or is it something that Snapchat can assist with? I recently received an unsettling email from Snapchat notifying me that an unauthorized person had accessed my account. The intrusion led to the dissemination of private photos, including inappropriate ones, to my contacts. The hacker pretended to be me and even attempted to solicit nude images from others. Moreover, the individual accepted friend requests on my behalf. I am concerned about my privacy and seek guidance on locating the perpetrator and ensuring they no longer have access to my account. Can legal action be pursued in this situation? I appreciate Snapchat's prompt notification and would be grateful for any further assistance moving forward.

I accidentally logged out of my Snapchat account and forgot my password. When I tried to reset it using my phone number, it claimed it wasn't the one associated with the account. Surprisingly, it did work once, but when I changed the password and attempted to log in again, it said the password was incorrect. Trying to reset it once more, I faced the issue of the phone number being incorrect. Additionally, I can't reset it through email since it's linked to an old email address that I no longer have access to.

I am encountering issues verifying my cell phone number on my longstanding Snapchat account under the username jeffreyronald37. My friend and I have been maintaining a snap streak for almost three years, but unfortunately, we lost it due to a missed notification. I recently experienced an issue where I was logged out of my account for unknown reasons. When I attempted to log back in, I realized I had forgotten my password. After using the "forgot password" option and successfully resetting my password using the verified email linked to my account, I encountered a new problem. Upon entering my username and new password to log in, it seemed to have created a completely new account rather than accessing my original one. Since Monday, August 6th, I have been unable to log in to my Snapchat account. I was logged in on that day, but the app signed me out, and my attempts to log back in have been unsuccessful. I have reviewed the account troubleshooting questions, but none of them seem relevant to my issue. Error messages stating "There was a problem connecting to the server. Please try again" and "Your login temporarily failed, so please try again later" prompt me to visit the support site. I have not received any emails regarding a possible account lock. I use an Android phone, a Samsung Galaxy S3, and my username is ryanleary2317. I am located in Ebensburg, PA, in the United States.

Hello, I am seeking assistance regarding a $[redacted] charge from my school to replace my allegedly "stained" mattress. Despite leaving the room cleaner than I found it, the living conditions were abysmal. Before leaving, I took a farewell Snapchat of the empty room and shared it with a few people or posted it on my story. I logged out of my Snapchat to update the app, but I forgot my password since I had to change it multiple times. My account username is t.taaylor, and the phone number connected to it is [redacted]. I am unable to reset the password via email as it is not verified with an email. I also cannot use SMS as my number has changed to [redacted]. I have tried various passwords for months with no success. I really want to recover my account as it holds many memories. My new email is [redacted], but it was not verified due to it being in use. Hello there! I am considering creating a new account as my current one is consistently glitching. I have heard that Instagram may allow users to claim a username that is inactive. I am unsure if Snapchat has a similar feature, but I am interested in the usernames @mishelle and @mishellew.
