I would like to let your company know that by the fault of snapchat ** streaks have been lost streaks up to *** days long ! If Snapchat does not restore this streak I have right to sue due to the promises made by the company that insure a streak will not be lost if u snap the other person with ** hrs ! Though after snapping twice within the ** hrs the streak was lost by default of snapchat ! Snapchat is still denying the fact that this was the companies fault ! So I will be persuing legal action if this wrong is not righted ! No icon was ever shown , and I have plenty of other witnesses this has also occurred too since the recent update !
