GetHuman-runmorec's customer service issue with Snapchat from August 2018

Help with my Snapchat issue
The issue in GetHuman-runmorec's own words
I had my location services turned on and never touched anything to do with the settings. Then I wake up to texts of others angry that I turned my location off when meanwhile I haven’t touched it. So i then went on the snap app under settings and location and just clicked on it, didn’t adjust anything and left everything how it was and then the person who couldn’t see my location minutes earlier now could. Why would it do this if I never even touched the settings? The only change I made was I went on my phone after it not being used while I was sleeping during the night but I thought your location was to be released **** regardless. Thanks for the help!
