Snapchat repeatedly causing damage to my phone speakers is frustrating. I recently used my warranty on a new iPhone 8 due to this issue, making it two brand new phones affected. I had my previous iPhone for four years and was in need of an upgrade. I am seeking reimbursement for the damages caused by Snapchat. I am a single parent, full-time student, and I work to make ends meet. This ongoing problem is not acceptable. I rely on Snapchat frequently, but it's concerning that it's causing my phone speakers to blow. I have read online about similar issues. I will share my experience with others if a resolution is not offered. Can this be resolved, or should I consider taking further action? I hope for a proper solution to this recurring problem.

Hello, my name is Cloey Followell. I've had a Snapchat account for a long time, but when I tried to log back in after logging out for a friend, it said my password was incorrect. Unfortunately, I can't remember the email I used for recovery and don't think I added a phone number. I suspect it was hacked since I didn't change the password. I have precious pictures on that account that I cannot access. My username is Cloey.y, and the last password I recall is "isshyisshy," which is no longer working. On Tuesday morning, I discovered that my snapstreak with my daughter got lost. My username is mommaroyer, and hers is mer-mer97. We had a streak of [redacted] days. We never got an hourglass warning, and I always check before bedtime. The streak vanished the next morning. I contacted SC for a streak restoration, but Theresa declined twice without explanation. Today, the streak would have reached [redacted] days. I believe streaks can be restored, and I'm pleading for mine to be fixed. I am willing to speak with a different representative besides Theresa, please call me at [redacted].

A few days ago, I experienced issues with accessing Snapchat while in Heidelberg. I attempted to troubleshoot by reinstalling the app, only to realize I had forgotten my password. Upon trying to reset it via email, I received a message stating my email wasn't registered. When attempting to retrieve my password through text, it worked, but upon entering my username and password, it indicated there was no account linked. After further attempts to reset via text, I was informed that my phone number was invalid. I am worried about potential hacking or a bug affecting my account. My 15-year-old daughter's boyfriend hacked her Snapchat account and pretended to be her, engaging in fake conversations with another boy to create the impression that she was cheating. He also contacted my husband with false information. After changing her password, he refused to give her access. When she ended the relationship, he threatened her. We have involved the police. Recently, he continued to harass her by posting on her account. Although the account is deactivated for 30 days, I am attempting to report the hacking. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. My friend accidentally accessed my account and when I tried to log back in, I forgot my password. After using the "forgot password?" option and receiving an email to reset it, I realized the email was linked to my old account "jordansterling6" instead of my current one "jordsterling05." This has caused difficulty in resetting my password for my existing account. I kindly request assistance from Snapchat in resolving this issue and resetting my current password.

Hello SnapChat Support, I have been facing an issue with my SnapChat account since October. When I moved back home from the US, I updated the app and now can't access my account as it requires a verification code sent to my old US number. I contacted T-Mobile to help transfer the text to my email, but they mentioned it's not possible due to SnapChat being a third party. I've since learned that he plays with people's emotions, abuses them mentally and physically, and uses girls for sex. I was unaware of this behavior before. Hi, I'm Reed Gibson. I recently went on a trip to Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. While walking to the bikes, my iPhone dropped out of my pocket, causing the whole screen to turn black with red and green lines. Unfortunately, it's completely totaled. I've had this account for a long time, and my friends would occasionally log into my Snapchat to play pranks. Before the trip, I changed my password, but now I can't remember it. Yesterday morning, I discovered that I had been logged out of my Snapchat account. When I tried to log back in, it said I entered the wrong details, which I know I didn't. I attempted to reset my password, but it claimed my email and number were invalid, which they are not. I haven't breached any rules, so I don't understand why my account might be locked. I thought it would unlock after 24 hours, but even trying again this morning didn't work. My friends asked if I had blocked them because they couldn't locate me on Snapchat, which leads me to believe my account may have been deleted without notification. I need assistance with a lost snapstreak. Despite submitting feedback through your support system, I doubt I will receive adequate help. My partner and I lost a streak of [redacted] days for the second time unexpectedly. We are disappointed after diligently maintaining it, only to encounter this issue. I have been experiencing delays with receiving snaps from my friends for the past few days. My old Snapchat account has been compromised by someone who is sending inappropriate messages and pictures to others. Despite reporting this three days ago, the account is still active. I no longer have access to the account as I have a new one, and I cannot remember the old account's password or email. This situation is concerning as it is a safety risk and a violation of my privacy. Snapchat, please address this issue promptly before I involve the authorities.

I recently added a friend, and everything was working fine until today when we both noticed that we couldn't see each other's snap scores. However, we are still able to send messages to each other without any issues. I even tried removing and re-adding my friend, but the problem persisted. Typically, not being able to view someone's snap score might indicate that we're not friends or that one of us has been blocked, but that's not the case here. Is there a way to resolve this issue so we can see each other's snap scores again? This seems to be a unique problem between us because I can view other friends' snap scores with no trouble. Additionally, I'm curious if not having a snap score affects our ability to see each other's stories. I hope there is a solution to this problem.

I uninstalled the app due to frequent crashes. However, upon reinstalling, I encountered issues logging back in despite having my email and number verified. I attempted to reset the password and verified it via SMS, but I still couldn't access my account. The app now requests a verification code through an authenticator app, which I have, but I face difficulties in getting the correct code or due to a supposed connection issue. Interestingly, it identifies my phone as a new device, even though I changed my number back in April, which worked fine at that time. I would appreciate any assistance to regain access to my account. I have been using Snapchat for a long time, but when I needed to create a new account due to a restraining order from my ex, I took precautions to ensure my privacy. However, I was alarmed to discover that he found my new account through the "See Me in Quick Add" function, which was not present when I first downloaded the app. It would have helped avoid a lot of trauma if this feature was disabled by default, allowing users the choice to turn it on if they wish. I now have to create a new account once again, and I hope that the app will not surprise me with any other risky features in the future. Thank you for your attention to this privacy concern.
