A couple of days ago, I changed my Snapchat password in the morning for my account shawty_taya13. Yesterday, I logged out for the first time since the password change and now I can't remember my password. My current email [redacted] is not linked to my shawty_taya13 account; instead, it's connected to my friend's account jazz_kenzo. The old email on my shawty_taya13 account, [redacted], is unverified, and I no longer have access to it. The old phone number on my shawty_taya13 account, [redacted], is also inaccessible, while my current number is [redacted]. Appreciate your prompt assistance.

Hello, I am Mandi Dougherty. I have a Snapchat account with the handle Mandi2one5 linked to my email [redacted] I created it in late November or early December [redacted]. The phone I used for this account, a ZTE Blade Max, broke. I recently bought a new ZTE phone, but I cannot access my account because it was linked to the broken phone. When I try to request a new password, the code is sent to my old number. I don't have a recovery code since I don't think that was an option. Is there any way for me to regain access to my original account as I prefer not to create a new one? Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I created my Snapchat account in late November or early December of [redacted] with the username Mandi2one5 and the linked email [redacted] The account is registered under my name Mandi Dougherty. Unfortunately, the phone I used to create the account, a ZTE Blade Max, broke. I have since purchased a new ZTE phone, but the account is tied to my old phone number, [redacted]. A few days ago, a user with the handle @jake.ger620 added me on Snapchat. After reaching out to them, they made threats to expose non-existent nude photos of me following a harmless poolside picture I posted on Instagram. Despite having a private account, it seems they have some familiarity with me. Their demand for inappropriate interaction left me feeling anxious. I decided to block and report the account to Snapchat promptly, seeking intervention. The urgency stems from my lack of prior experience in such incidents and the concern of the unknown assailant's capabilities. Though I've reported the issue to Snapchat, knowing the volume of cases they handle, I fear a swift resolution might not be achievable. I wish for immediate action to address this distressing situation, hoping for the tracking of device activity to identify the perpetrator's location. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hello Snapchat, I'm Malcolm Clark, also known as @m.clar11 on Snapchat. Unfortunately, my phone was stolen, and without it, I can't log in due to the two-factor verification code being sent to that number. The thief turned off the phone so I can't receive any messages. I have tried accessing my account via the Verizon website without success because the phone is turned off (number: [redacted]). I am looking to log in using my registered email instead. Since my recovery codes were saved on the stolen phone, I no longer have access to them. I urgently need access to my account to avoid losing all the valuable information. Hello, I have noticed that my dad's Snapchat location on the snap map keeps showing him in Fort McMurray when he is actually working in Northern British Columbia. Even after changing the password, the issue persists. My dad believes it might be a glitch as it has been recurring for three days now. Hello Snapchat team, I need help fixing an issue with my streak. On 7-1-18, our streak of [redacted] days ended while my fiancé and I were camping. Despite our attempts, we couldn't send snaps to each other's phones. We tried everything, but even the hourglass did not appear. My 14-year-old son’s Snapchat has been violated by someone posting a pornographic video of him masturbating. I am deeply upset by this. I have informed the school, and the authorities are involved to provide statements and press charges. Every video is meant to be monitored, but clearly, this one slipped through. I need access to the video for evidence, as I cannot locate it. The police can act faster if we have the evidence. These individuals will face serious consequences, and my son requires counseling. I tried to log in to my old Snapchat account, but it kept giving me the wrong password error. I'm certain I used the correct password since I had it written down. After several unsuccessful attempts, I tried to reset it using my phone number, which it said was incorrect even though I've always used it. When I requested a password reset sent to my email, I ended up with a new account unexpectedly. I deleted the new account and reverted to the old one, but now it's claiming my email is invalid. I feel stuck and unsure whether to have Snapchat restart, help recover my old account, or just delete it altogether.

A disrespectful comment was shared by individuals working as EMTs and medics in Media, PA, including Paul Brown (Tripp), Douglas Simpson, Michael Ellis, and Rich Lynch. This incident has harmed her reputation, and we will report it to the Pennsylvania State Police upon our return. We demand to know the person who initiated this chat and will consider legal action, as this behavior is discriminatory and unacceptable. My account (xjustnaledix) has been hacked, and the hacker changed the email and phone number linked to it. Despite changing my password and email before, they can still access my account. I’m considering creating a new account but don't want to lose my memories or friends' usernames. Please update the email to [redacted] and the number to [redacted]8 so I can access my account. My account was hacked yesterday while I was at work until midnight. It showed someone accessed it using an iPhone 8 Plus and the IP address is from Glasgow where I live. Not only did they get in, but they also changed my password. I have countless precious memories, family photos, and images of friends that I don't want anyone else to see. I've contacted Snapchat multiple times, feeling sick and panicky as they are opening my snaps. I've lost all my streaks due to this breach. I really don't want to create a new account as it holds memories from my travels and years past. It's indicating that my phone and email aren't verified, but they must be to receive texts. I can't access my old email, and my account might get blocked soon. I'm frightened and on the verge of tears; please help me restore my account. It's been nearly 24 hours of waiting anxiously. 😭😖😖

I recently discovered that all my Snapchat streaks vanished, which is disheartening. I had maintained streaks for up to [redacted] days, building a snapscore exceeding 1.1 million over three years of daily use. Yesterday, my 15-year-old daughter and her two friends were in a severe car accident. They collided with two trees and flipped over at least twice, with the second tree preventing them from rolling down a steep hill. Their shoes and phones were discovered further up the road, while groceries that were in the car ended up under the hood. If my daughter hadn't been wearing her seatbelt, she could have ended up under the hood as well. Fortunately, all three were wearing their seat belts and only sustained minor injuries. They got lost, ended up on an unfamiliar road with no cell reception. After exiting the vehicle, my daughter used an app called Snap Maps to locate themselves and inform the [redacted] operator of their whereabouts. The app worked even with minimal service. I will never underestimate the importance of technology like Snap Chat again. Initially trying Google Maps, they had insufficient service but Snap Maps quickly pinpointed their location. This morning, I encountered issues with my account. The app would immediately close whenever I tried to access it. After attempting to resolve it by restarting and shutting down my phone to no avail, I resorted to uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Subsequently, I had to log back in. Despite having a new phone and the previous one still active, logging in should have been straightforward since it typically sends a code to the old number. However, I forgot that my old phone is now deactivated, mandating a code to be sent to my new number. I attempted to reset my password but encountered a roadblock as it kept reverting to my outdated number. Lacking a recovery code, I face the grim reality that my account may be beyond retrieval, highlighting the crucial importance of familiarizing oneself with all account recovery options during the initial setup process.

I encountered an issue where I was wrongly reported, resulting in my account being disabled. One evening in June, a girl approached me and initiated flirtatious behavior. Given that I am in a committed relationship, I politely informed her of this. However, she responded in a hostile manner, making derogatory remarks about my appearance and relationship status. She then threatened to report me, and subsequently, I was removed from the platform. Unfortunately, I am now unable to communicate with my girlfriend. I am seeking assistance in creating a new account to reconnect with her. I received an email stating that deleted accounts cannot be recovered, but I am skeptical about this claim.
