The issue in GetHuman-ninabb's own words
A couple of days ago, somebody with the username @jake.ger*** added me on Snapchat, so I added them back. I messaged them and asked who they were and they then threatened me. They said they would “expose my nudes” even though I don’t have any and would never take any. They added me and messaged me this right after I posted a picture on Instagram with me in a bathing suit in a pool, which isn’t really a harmful or innapropriate thing. My account is also set on private, which must mean that they know me well. They threatened me by saying if I don’t do as they say they would post my Instagram pictures for the public to see. Which I’m not really scared of because I don’t have anything innapropriate posted, but I still don’t want random strangers to see me. I asked them what they wanted and they said they wanted me to “make them *** one last time.” I got scared and I freaked out. They then messaged that if I ignored them or blocked them they would do something much worse. So, I blocked and reported their account. I’m very scared because something like this has never happened to me and I don’t know who this person is. They could do anything. I have already contacted Snapchat on the issue a couple of minutes ago, but Snapchat is a big company that probably gets hundreds of complaints like this every day and it would in the least take days for someone to get back to me. I want to talk to somebody about this right now, because for all I know, I could be sitting next to the person that threatened me and not know it. I was hoping that Snapchat was able to see the devices that have logged onto the account and where exactly they are. I need help.
