The phone that I made this account on broke which was a ZTE Blade Max. Recently I purchased a new phone it's also a ZTE but an older model. anyway I can't access my account because it's linked to the phone that broke. I tried to request a new password and it keeps sending code to my old number. I don't have a recovery code because I don't think that was even an option. Is there anyway I can get back into My original account. I really don't want to make a new account. Hoping you can help me

I would like Snapchat to send the reset link to the same email I used for my account so I can change the password and have access to everything in my account.
I've been a customer since December **** that may not be that long but i'm being very patient trying to resolve this issue.
