Dear Snapchat, I have been upset for the last 30 minutes after a boy threatened to share my photos. I am only 13 and I know I made a mistake. I promise not to send such pictures again. Please help me by deleting his account as I fear embarrassment and bullying if my photos get out. It is distressing to know he has done this to other girls. I am pleading with you not to just warn him but to remove his account. He goes by the name lil_celo1210, and my account is miaa_117. Thank you.

I recently attended a camp with no reception where I changed my Snapchat password for my friend to maintain my streaks. However, upon her attempting to log in, the new password did not work, resulting in the loss of all my streaks. Returning home, I discovered that despite changing the password, it still won't work. This situation has left me frustrated as the error seems to be on Snapchat's end, not mine. It appears that a glitch occurred during the password change, leading to the loss of my streaks. I am extremely upset about this as it was not my fault. I urge Snapchat to investigate and rectify this issue promptly to restore my streaks.

I am writing as the parent of the account holder whose account has been compromised by an adult individual named Jordan Gaitlin. Inappropriate pictures of my 13-year-old daughter are now being shared from a feature called "my eyes only." I urgently request the account to be closed as my daughter is a minor and should not have had access to such social media features. The perpetrator should not have been able to gain entry to this account, especially considering the account holder's age. I will escalate this matter until the account is deactivated, even if it means contacting various government bodies regarding your social media network's non-compliance with policies. Verification processes have been hindered by the hacking, making it impossible for my daughter to prove ownership. An alternative verification method must be established for swift resolution. If more information is leaked, legal action will be pursued promptly. The email provided is now controlled by the hacker; hence, use the original email associated with the account for closure. I'm experiencing problems with my snap streaks. I send snaps, and people send them back, but I keep losing them. Today, I lost a streak even though it hadn't been 24 hours. Snapchat states you have a full day before losing a streak, but this one disappeared after 21 hours. I feel frustrated. Additionally, the message below claims the issue was resolved, but it was not.

However, the reset attempts with my phone number resulted in a connection error despite switching between data and Wi-Fi. I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime and changed my phone number. However, my Snapchat account "obesechigga" is still logged in on my old Nexus 6P. Unfortunately, I forgot my password and the verification code is being sent to my old phone number. When I try to update my phone number on Snapchat, it requires me to enter my password, which I don't remember. I also mistakenly verified the wrong email address due to frustration. I provided [redacted] instead of my actual email, imikasa209@gmail. As a result, I cannot access the verification email. Currently, I can only use Snapchat on my old phone and cannot reset the password without knowing it.

This morning, when I tried to use Snapchat, it kept glitching, allowing me only a few seconds on the app before shutting down. I checked the App Store, and after updating it, the issue was resolved. However, all my memories were deleted in the process. Memories hold significant value, like the one where I was reunited with my best friend after seven years. Please help me retrieve my memories.

I recently got approved for a washer and dryer, but only the washer is in stock. I still have some money left over from my approval to purchase the dryer. Instead, I would like to use this remaining money to do an IV vitamin deficiency test costing $[redacted] at Serenity Spa and Chiropractic in California. This issue is urgent and needs to be investigated and closed immediately. I created this account around October or November of last year, [redacted]. I am concerned as my account seems to be sending messages without my knowledge, prompting me to involve the police. They have advised me to close the account, but I am unable to do so. My previous Snapchat account, xforever_fazx, was easy to deactivate. I have a crime number related to this incident, and if necessary, I can provide it for further correspondence. Today, I visited my local Walmart to print out some cherished pictures. During checkout, the photo lab employee informed me that photos with Snapchat filters and text couldn't be sold due to copyright concerns. They had to discard these images, leaving me with only 10 out of the 32 photos I printed. Feeling disappointed, I decided not to purchase any photos. Upon returning home, I reviewed Walmart's policy on copyrighted material. It states that a Copyright Release form may be required for photos that seem professional. A few weeks ago, while at the pool, my phone was accidentally knocked into the water by someone else. Unfortunately, I couldn't immediately replace the phone and had to wait a few days before getting a new one. This meant I missed out on using Snapchat, causing me to lose a streak of over [redacted] days with my friend. Despite starting a new streak, I feel disappointed that Snapchat was unable to restore our previous streak, especially since a friend had a streak restored in a similar situation.
