My account has been repeatedly locked for extended periods of time for the use of "third party apps". I do not have any knowledge of downloading a third party app. The application i downloaded was straight from the online apple applications store. The reason I believe snap chat is locking my account is because I have not updated since the large new update that changed the interface. The reason I have not updated is because my phone is incapable of doing so (lack of storage*broken). If I could stop having my account locked that would be great! Thanks
