I am writing because I am trying to figure out why the snapstreak can not be restored? The streak was there until my phone updated the app then I lost the streaks. No warning or hourglass icon, it was just gone. I filled out the request but nobody is responding. Don’t get how my number * streak can just vanish. I would like to have the streak restored as it was an issue on snapchats end from the results of an update with the app. I’m trying to understand how people have had their streaks restored but mine can’t with my little brother. He is heart broken that it vanished for no apparent reason. Please get back to me and let me know why it was taken away on *********.
