Hello Snapchat team, this is Christian. I need your help with a serious issue involving threats from a user named @lulzekie. This person is blackmailing me and others, including my best friend, by threatening to expose us. We are concerned about our reputations and relationships being damaged, especially because we are athletes and could face consequences with our coaches if this situation escalates. I believe there may also be concerning content on this user's account. I am reaching out to request that Snapchat takes action and permanently bans this account for multiple instances of harassment. I am reaching out to address an issue we encountered with our Snapchat streaks. Both my girlfriend and I sent streaks yesterday, and this morning they were unexpectedly gone. The streak has been significant to us as it has been keeping track of the days we have been together since we started dating. Yesterday, on June 7th, a user named austin.fries1 encountered issues after updating Snapchat on his iPhone 7. The update caused glitches preventing him from signing in, resulting in the loss of streaks, particularly a streak with kaylee_sowle almost reaching [redacted] days. They are requesting help to restore their streak, currently at 98 or 97 days. Despite their efforts, they were unable to resolve the problem. I run a t-shirt business on Instagram and Snapchat. Unfortunately, there have been fake accounts impersonating me on Snapchat, leading customers to send money but not receive their orders. Unfortunately, my ex-boyfriend destroyed my old phone before I could update my Snapchat account with a new number. I didn't set up a recovery code beforehand because I was unaware of this feature. I have important photos and contacts on that account that I don't want to lose. Even the data backed up on the cloud got erased by him. My 14-year-old daughter, who tragically passed away in April [redacted], changed all her passwords before her death, and we're unable to access her account. We suspect someone, particularly a boy named Hunter Arceneaux who is under investigation, might have accessed it. I kindly request that you block his access. I value having a balanced perspective, which is why I switched from Facebook to Snapchat looking for the full story. I think companies pay Snapchat to share their stories, but users like me should also have the right to contribute. Sometimes the stories start off informative but end up being biased. I use Snapchat to share my own story and appreciate the ability to control what I post. I recently logged out of my account as "theslumlordd" but am now struggling to log back in as I cannot recall my password. Unfortunately, my personal information was compromised earlier this month, resulting in the loss of access to all Gmail accounts and a change in phone number. I managed to update the password for my Snapchat account but now can't remember it due to the numerous password changes I've made recently. I'm unable to receive any text or call verification due to the changed number or access the recovery email account. Although I can provide the old number and email on file, I am unable to access them. This account is crucial as it is the primary means of contacting some of my friends. Dear Team Snapchat, I am feeling really upset that my account has been temporarily locked, and I am unsure why this happened. I was occupied all day and when I received a message from your platform, I got logged out before reading it. Hello Snapchat, I used an invalid email address when signing up with Snapchat a while back and never verified it. Recently, I accidentally deleted the Snapchat app and lost access to my account. On June 8th, someone pretended to be my 13-year-old daughter on Snapchat. They messaged only my daughter's boyfriend and not her. This person, using the name AmandaDillPickle and username Sophia.tea98, has been reported and blocked. We suspect who it might be and now seek confirmation. Thank you.

Yesterday, my friend and I had a 30-day snap streak. I sent her a snap between 7-8 PM, and she replied around 11-12 AM. When I woke up, our streak had vanished after only 10 hours of no snaps exchanged. I found it unfair that the streak disappeared unexpectedly, especially since there was no timer emoji indicating its end when I checked at 3 AM. Please restore my 30-day streak. Hello, I have used my Snapchat account for about a year, but it is still linked to my old email address and phone number. I've tried multiple times to update my account information with my new email and phone number but have been unsuccessful because I no longer have access to my original email account. I often struggle with forgetting my passwords, currently unable to access three accounts due to issues with two-step verification. Unfortunately, I had to create new accounts. While I'm asleep, I feel like someone is accessing my account and posting on my story. Strangely, I am not being logged out. The first instance was a screenshot of snap maps with words covering it, while the second time was a blurry picture with the words "R ex," "hey," and "chillin drc." I have a passcode on my phone, and no one else in my house could have done this. The concerning part is that I remain logged in, giving no indication of being hacked except for the posts on my story. I made the mistake of changing my iPhone 7 password in a rush and storing it on a photo on Snapchat in my memories. I assumed I could access it from another device, but that hasn't been the case. Despite being connected to Wi-Fi, the photo (with the password) doesn't appear on any other device. I believe it may be stored in my phone's app cache. Is there a way to retrieve this photo, either through software to access it from my locked phone or with your assistance? My iPhone contains a lot of important data that I'll have to erase if I can't recover the password. I'm really hoping for a solution. Thanks, Jason S.
