The user lang0lakes and I have maintained a 56-day streak, during which we have consistently been each other's number one best friend. However, the standard #1 Best Friends emoji (❤️) that we previously had disappeared this morning. Despite this, our friendship ranking has not changed, and we are eagerly anticipating reaching the #1 Best Friends for two months milestone in 11 days. I would greatly appreciate it if this issue could be rectified, as these emojis hold significant meaning for me in showcasing the level of trust and commitment between myself and the other user. Hello, I am Jessica Payne, an Assistant Prosecutor in Barry County. Currently, I am scheduled for a seven-day trial starting on June 11th. Today, while using Snapchat, I came across a disturbing "dead celeb game" that trivializes the lives of deceased celebrities. I find it appalling that such a game could be presented as entertainment. It's crucial to understand that this kind of content is not appropriate and can deeply hurt those who knew and loved the individuals being depicted. It is essential for Snapchat to acknowledge this mistake and issue a public apology. To put things into perspective, imagine how you would feel if your own family members were turned into a game for others to mock and guess about. Hello, I believe my Snapchat account has been compromised as I am unable to access it. Despite trying to reset the password, I have not been successful. I suspect it has been hacked because when I added my main username from a different account, the compromised account added me back. I am concerned about the security of my personal information, photos, and friends. I would appreciate it if the account 'sophpartridge' could be deleted to prevent further access by the hacker. I am willing to provide past password details to verify my identity since I am completely locked out of the account. This issue might also have affected my Facebook and Apple ID accounts. I have experienced repeated issues with hackers in the past. As a precaution, I did not use a personal email and my phone number is deactivated due to limited service where I live. Recently, someone gained unauthorized access to my account. I changed the password, but when I try to log in, it says it's incorrect. I'm unsure if I mistyped it on my phone, but I'm unable to access my account. Snapchat is my main source of joy during a difficult time, and despite reaching out to the support team, I have not received a response. I understand the website mentions no solutions, but this is my final resort. I have been trying to regain access for three consecutive days without sleep, but have been unsuccessful. I'm curious to know if there's a method to recover lost photos from Snapchat. Recently, a close friend and I took a trip to Maine where I captured numerous wonderful photos of us using Snapchat. Regrettably, my phone ended up in the water as I disembarked from a boat. I lost those photos since they didn't transfer to the new phone and were possibly not backed up due to their recent nature. Tragically, my friend passed away in a car accident soon after. As she usually took the pictures, most of my reminiscences are either lost in the water or due to the expiration of my Verizon cloud. I cherish the idea of retrieving those Snapchat photos as they represent precious memories of our time together. The thought of having more visual reminders of our friendship brings me comfort, especially considering the few outdated pictures I have from our youth.

Hello, I am in the process of obtaining a Snapchat sticker for an event tomorrow in Kirkland, WA, from 4:00pm to 10:00pm PDT. I am encountering an issue where I am being prompted to "Please upload a filter with a transparent background." Despite utilizing a blank template provided by your company, incorporating text, and adding a transparent image from the internet, the submission is not being accepted. I have also attempted with a different template from your company and from another website, all of which were in PNG format. A fellow user and I were enjoying our status as #1 best friends on Snapchat with the red heart emoji for over 2 weeks. However, I recently noticed that the red heart had disappeared, and we were back to just smiley faces, indicating we were no longer #1 best friends.
