She used to be featured in my Snapchat stories, and all the snaps I took of her were saved in my memories. I have been using my Snapchat account (Ayee_pham) for nearly 3 years until one day I was unexpectedly logged out and forgot my password. I recently created a new account (Daisey.ghoul) where I have some of her videos and pictures in my memories, but not as many as I had on my old account (Ayee_pham). I am hoping Snapchat can assist me in retrieving my old account so I can access more memories of her, as she was very important to me. I authorize Snapchat to review some of my pictures in my memories to confirm that Ayee_pham was indeed my old account. I promptly inquired about their age to ensure compliance with the law. To my concern, the person stated they were 14 years old. I clearly expressed my refusal to receive nude images and specifically requested clothed photos only. Despite my clear stance, the individual disregarded my request and sent a nude photo. Taking immediate action, I reported the incident to Snapchat, blocked the account, and seek to provide further details for clarity. Dear Snapchat Support Team, I am extremely upset that my account has been permanently locked. Despite being warned not to utilize third-party applications, I unintentionally did so. I have since removed the jailbreak from my iPhone and deleted all tweaks in an effort to comply. It is possible that a disabled tweak on my iPhone led to this issue without my knowledge. Losing access to my account means losing valuable information and connections with family and friends worldwide. I deeply regret my actions and ensure this will not recur. I lost my phone two months ago, and I'm unable to login to my Snapchat due to the two-factor authentication sending a code to my lost phone. I've been searching for ways to contact Snapchat support and decided to email for help instead of creating a new account. I am worried about the security of my Snapchat account. Recently, an old friend I hadn't spoken to in years caused drama by hacking into accounts of my friends, including @saraaawagleyyy and @its_marbob. The hacker threatened to target me next. Despite having verified accounts and strong passwords, they were able to access them. While one friend managed to recover her account, another wasn't as fortunate. My friend and I lost our [redacted]-day streak. We were each other’s first streak when everyone else had caught onto the whole ‘streaks’ idea. Since then, we've never failed to snap each other until now. We always snapped each other at the same time every night, and we did the same last night. However, the streak was suddenly gone without a timer or any notification. I recently encountered an issue with someone on Snapchat pretending to be a friend. They asked for my password, and unfortunately, I shared it with them (patrickstar9396). They provided a phone number and requested that I text them the verification code after disabling two-factor authentication. After following their instructions, I couldn't log back in. I encountered an issue while trying to save my Snaps, and unfortunately, the app kept malfunctioning. I am disappointed because I lost some significant memories due to this problem. My saved Snaps were showing in my memories, but now they have vanished. Each time I attempted to access the app, it automatically ejected me out, making it impossible to manage my snaps. This unfortunate incident happened over the weekend, coinciding with a major event for me. I made sure my app was up-to-date and had saved the Snaps in memories, so it is puzzling why they disappeared. I am truly upset by this situation.

My friend's Snapchat account, with the username azreenaziz1998, was hacked approximately 3-4 weeks ago. The associated email, [redacted], was also compromised. The phone number linked to the account, [redacted]5, is no longer in use but remains accurate. We are actively working to reclaim the number. The hacker has been sharing my friend's personal photos via Snap stories from her memories folder, posing a significant threat. We fear the hacker may send inappropriate content under my friend's name. Despite over 15 reports, the account has not been taken down. I urgently require assistance with my Snapchat account. It contains all of my vital information. Recently, I fell victim to a hacker who tricked me into sending my verification code by providing a fake phone number. Following this, they demanded my Eyes Only code and now I'm unable to access my account as it has been locked. I'm feeling extremely anxious as all my data is on that account. Despite attempting to recover it using all available methods, I have been unsuccessful.

Last night, I was using my Snapchat as usual before going to bed. This morning, I found myself logged out of my account. I attempted to log back in but realized my password had been changed. My username is Sara_parker02, and unfortunately, my boyfriend, bronco1cow, and I have lost the heart emoji after having it for a year. I noticed that the heart was lost after interacting with someone I have a streak with, but I only talked to them this morning around 8 a.m. Additionally, I noticed that my boyfriend is at the bottom of my friends list. I want to clarify that I mainly Snapchat my boyfriend throughout the day, and I only do streaks in the morning. Kindly return the heart emoji to us as we value it and believe it is a mistake that it was removed.

While sending out my streaks for the day, I noticed that the double heart with my girlfriend had disappeared. This was odd as she's the only one I frequently send more than one snap a day to. Initially, I thought maybe I sent more snaps to someone else and forgot. However, I then realized that my Snapchat best friends list was flipped around. The people I snapped the most were at the bottom, and those I snap the least were at the top. I have had the double heart with my girlfriend for 6 months now, and I really don't want to lose it.
