Dear Snapchat team,*My account has been permanently locked and I am not happy about it at all. I have been warned to not use third-party applications and did exactly that. I even restored my iPhone taking off the jailbreak and also erasing all of the tweaks from my phone. There might have been a tweak on my iPhone that was disabled of which I was unaware of. I have very important stuff on my account and family and friends from all around the world added to this account. There is no other way of getting this information if I am locked out of the account. Please accept my apology as I will make sure this will never happen again. I have also very important content in my memories which there is also no way of getting. If we can come to a conclusion to resolve this issue it would be much appreciated. Thank you very much and please contact me when you are available. Take care.
