Hi! My names Ashley and I just lost access to my account. I was deleting and reinstalling Snapchat in hopes of releasing some of the storage it takes up on my phone. When I did I was met with the recovery code page which I know is normal. I deleted the app I got my recovery code from a long time ago and reinstalled it to put it in and it said “not connected”. I tried this again and again for about ** minutes until I was completely unable to log in and get that recovery code screen again. I am not able to put in or reset my password. I know you guys are unable to generate new recovery codes, but is there a way to transfer my memories and trophies into a new account if I were to get one?
